What happened to Gang Source and Program?

Anyone know where the gang program and source went?  It used to be under the monitor drop down menu, then I think it moved under the wrench for a while, but now I can't find it anywhere....

Thank you... I don't know why I couldn't find it today... I had a feeling it was just a fried brain. lol.

It's greyed out unless there is something in both monitors.
