Where do I locate the Lumetri color looks on a Mac hard drive?
The following video show how to apply Lumetri color looks in Premiere CC for Windows:
I tried to do this using Mac OS 10.7 but could not find the Lumetrio film looks on my hard drive. I searched every Adobe folder I could find and even found a sub-folder called Lumetri, but there was almost nothing inside.
Hi pickfordpictures,
Go to Apllication folder>Premiere Pro CC. Right click on the Premiere Pro CC.app and select show package contents. Then go to Content>Lumetri.

Hi pickfordpictures.
Lumetri looks was introduced in Premiere Pro CC. You can launch Premiere Pro CC, go to effects panel and you will find the same. I have included the screen shot as well. Make sure that you have Premiere Pro CC not CS6. To check the version you can launch the application, then go to Premiere Pro menu and select about Premiere Pro. The current CC version is 7.2.1.

I found it there just as you show, but the problem is then where to navigate on the hard drive to find the actual Lumetri files. When you apply the Lumetri effect, a navigation window opens. By searching on one of the Kodak film names I was able to find the files deep inside a subfolder of the Photoshop CC folder.

Hi, I discovered a solution. It is frustrating because most of the posts I found are from kind people offering advice, but who are using PC's. For this issue in Premiere Pro CC on a Mac, what PC computers see is not what we see on our Macs. The LUTS simply don't populate when the "Select a Look/LUT" window comes up - they cannot be navigated to (without performing a little tweak). As Vinay pointed out, they are contained in the "package contents" of the actual Premiere app on a Mac (as of this writing). Package contents cannot be navigated to from Premiere Pro CC. So, here is the solution:
1. From a regular Finder window (not within Premeire), as Vinay described, "Go to Application folder>Premiere Pro CC. Right click on the Premiere Pro CC.app and select show package contents. Then go to Content>Lumetri."
2. Double click on the Lumetri folder.
3. Locate the LUTs folder.
4. Half-click on the LUTs folder and select "Make Alias"
5. Drag the new LUTs alias folder to a location where you can navigate to it from within Premeire (meaning anywhere but a package contents folder). I put it in my Apllication folder>Premiere Pro CC folder. Make sure you moved the alias, not the original folder.
6. Open Premiere.
7. Go through the process of adding the Lumetri effect to your clip.
8. When the dialogue box comes up to "Select a Look/LUT", navigate to your new LUTs alias folder. Boom.
This worked for me. Hope it works for others as well.

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 on a Mac. When I go to the Effect and the Folder Lumetri Looks it is empty. How do I get the various looks to be available in this folder? I have used the above work around to find specific files but this does not populate the Looks folder.

Same thing is happening to me. Brand new Mac Pro with Adobe CC. First time I opened Premier they were there and I did work with them. Now they have disappeared and I can't find them and them. Went to Applications>Premier CC>Presets> and nothing there is no Lumetri in the folder. Is this some sort of Mac glitch or something?

To Pickford Pictures and others on the thread,
I apologize for this frustrating behavior. I want to make sure that this information is documented, so I'll ask our content lead to take a look. The way .look files is treated is differently in Premiere Pro CC 2015. It is possible to transfer the files, though. See this post for info: adding LUT's to Lumetri color? | Adobe Community
Thanks,
Kevin

"Show package contents" doesn't appear anymore when you right click. I just got into Premiere and downloaded some LUTs but can't load them. I tried to do what was suggested in this thread but unfortunately, the right-click on the Premiere Pro app no longer has the option SHOW PACKAGE CONTENTS as an option... Anyone know a workaround?
