Hi Guys

Exactly what brand & model camera, and exactly what is the video?

Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?

Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below... A screen shot works well to SHOW people what you are doing - For Windows Internet Explorer press the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard, and then do CTRL-V to paste the screen print from the clipboard into a forum message

I'm with John.  Knowing the make and model of the camera is necessary data here.

Every so often there's a video file format that Premiere Pro doesn't support (it's rare, but does happen).

Your camcorder may have come with a conversion utility.  If not, there's probably an application that will do the conversion for you.

But, like John and Jim have said, more information is needed.

Sorry for the late reply guys,  I have now sorted it and exported the data off the camcorder in different formats.

Please answer the questions asked.

Exporting of the camera in different formats is not the way to go.

You usually transfer but one format of a camera.
