How do i Post one of my premire projects on to youtube. it only saves as the one unshareable file

Project files aren't videos, they're only the data of what you're doing to clips. You have to export a file from your project to get a video file out. For YouTube, export of a sequence with the Adaptive Medium Bitrate option would work fine.
