Computer crash while exporting from Premiere

Hey Guys.

Everytime i try to export a Video to h.264 my computer crashes. It happens always at different stages of the process, sometimes instantly sometimes at 35% one time it even happened at 99%. Is there anyone who can help me i didnt find something which helped me.

CPU: IntelCore i9-9900k @3,6ghz

GPU: Nvdia GeForce RTX2080ti

32gb ram
