How to change Background colour in Rush

Hi Guys, 

 

New to Adobe Rush sorry if this sounds simple...

 

BUT how do you change the background colour from Black to White in Adobe Rush ???

This does not help! There is nno way to reorder the tile, it defaults ABOVE the files in the timeline. This needs to be simplified.
