Adobe Stock not working

Adobe stock is included in my current plan but when I try to download a template to use it asks me to do a free trial and sign up for another plan when I should already be able to use it. Can anyone assist me in this issue?

There are several users reporting issues with stock, but as also some are confused about stock credits and generative AI credits, please confirm that you have a plan that includes stock. This can be only a Teams plan or an Enterprise plan. Other plans need either credit packs or a separate subscription to stock.

 

If you have a Teams or an Enterprise plan, I suggest that you contact the plan administrator for help. They may be able to get this working for you.
