Hello, I submitted photos to Adobe Stock, but most of them were rejected. I usually receive the following message: Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards, so we can’t accept it into our collection. Did you face the same thing, please? What did you do? Could you recommend a free tool? Should I use the free/paid plan of ChatGPT? Thank you for helping me. Best regards,Osama
Buongiorno, come fare quando viene chiesta una liberatoria se ci sono persone NON visibili in volto o molto molto lontane e NON riconoscibili? Grazie
My stock account is suspended for no any reasons and stock support is just ignoring me.Two months ago they asked me to wait - see screenshotI tried to chat regular Adobe support but they say “we are another team and cannot help”How can I reach support, get the reason of suspension and prove that I have a full rights for any image and video I uploaded? How long should I wait?

Hello,I have only one Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio and I would like to continue using it.I recently moved from Ukraine to Slovakia. In order to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription with my new country settings, I created a new Adobe ID using my primary email address. Before doing so, I changed the email address on my previous Adobe ID to a temporary email address, so that I could use my primary email for the new Adobe ID.Now, when I access Adobe Stock Contributor with my new Adobe ID, the account is marked as Inactive because the system detected multiple Contributor accounts.I have already purchased a Creative Cloud Illustrator subscription on my new Adobe ID. I would like to keep my subscription on this account and continue using my existing Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio with the same Adobe ID. I am not trying to have two Contributor accounts. I only want to continue using my existing portfolio.Could you please transfer or relink my existing Adobe Stock Contributor account t
These are the images that got rejected and flaged as “quality issues”.
Quelqu'un peut il me dire s'il vous plait pourquoi cette image à été rejeté pour mauvaise qualité ?
i will send email, but respons.
Can anyone help me understand why this image was rejected for "Quality Issues" on Adobe Stock? I'd appreciate feedback on what needs improvement (sharpness, noise, artifacts, resolution, composition, etc.). Thank you!
Hi everyone,I wanted to check if anyone else has recently experienced a noticeable drop in downloads and earnings on Adobe Stock.Over the past period, I’ve seen a significant decline in performance. What makes it more unusual is that my content on other platforms continues to perform at a similar level, without the same drop.In addition, my weekly ranking has changed quite a bit — it has gone from around the 700–800 range to approaching 2000 within a few months, which seems like a substantial shift.I also want to note that I’ve been consistently uploading and updating my portfolio on a daily basis, so there hasn’t been any slowdown in activity on my side.As far as I can tell, everything on my account appears normal, so I’m wondering if this could be related to general platform fluctuations, search ranking adjustments, or visibility changes rather than anything account-specific.I understand that ups and downs are part of the process, but the sudden nature of this decline made me curious
qualcuno può aiutarmi a capire quali sono i problemi di qualità di questa foto? Grazie
Dear Adobe Stock Review Team,I hope you are doing well.I recently had 09 of my CAD vector collections rejected with the reason "Intellectual Property Refusal." These are original CAD-style vector illustrations that I created myself, and I did not intentionally include any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary designs.Last year, I experienced a similar situation. After I contacted Adobe Stock Support, the affected assets were reviewed again, and the IP refusals were found to be incorrect. The assets were subsequently restored. Because of that previous experience, I would greatly appreciate it if this recent batch could also be reviewed once more. This is those 09 Assets:The rejected Asset IDs are:Asset ID: 2090712281Asset ID: 2090712180Asset ID: 2090712169Asset ID: 2090712067Asset ID: 2090712047Asset ID: 2090711981Asset ID: 2090711939Asset ID: 2090711896Asset ID: 2090711895If there is a specific element in these illustrations that caused the Intellectual Property concern, I would si
Hello,My primary contributor account (********) has suddenly been marked as "Inactive" due to a "multiple accounts" misunderstanding after I updated my security details today.I tried to use the official "Contact Us" form, but the website keeps throwing a red error banner: "We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case." *********** is my ONLY active account where my PayPal and W-8BEN tax forms are linked. I would like to permanently close the duplicate Gmail-associated contributor profile and reactivate my primary QQ email account.Could any Adobe Staff/Moderator here please help escalate this to the review team? Thank you so much! [Personal Info removed by moderator]
Even though other sellers have posted on Adobe Stock, it won't let me upload templates from my account.
I will withdraw my earning 4/29/25. But still pending. Please let me know when i received my payment
I need some input in regards to why this picture has quality/technical issues. shot in raw then cropped in photoshop. had photoshop correct for the lens and chromatic abberation.
What is the reason behind mass rejections lately? I’ve already fixed the quality and removed all the noise. The standard automated rejection messages Adobe Stock don't explain anything. Everything used to be fine before. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Dear Adobe Stock Community, In December last year, I was informed that my account was deactivated for "suspicious activity".However, during the past seven months I have not received any explanation of what activity is considered suspicious. Without this information I am unable to understand the reason for the decision or provide any relevant clarification.I respectfully request that Adobe explain the specific activity that led to this decision and provide the rationale for taking this action. Via email I have registered the cases number 00504532, 00463206.I have been a contributor to Adobe Stock for approximately three years and have uploaded around 12,000 original vector illustrations during that time. Throughout my time as a contributor, I have made every effort to comply with Adobe Stock’s Contributor Guidelines and policies.
Hello everyone,I hope someone from the Adobe Stock team might be able to help or provide some guidance.I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for almost 10 years. During all these years, I have uploaded only videos that I personally filmed. I have never uploaded AI-generated content to Adobe Stock or to any other stock website. If my account was flagged because of similar content, I would also like to clarify that I do not upload duplicate clips. Sometimes I split footage from the same shoot into different uploads over several months, but every clip is different and unique.I submitted my appeal over two months ago (Case #00520603), but I have not received any update yet. I completely understand that the review process can take time, and I truly respect the work of the review team. I am only hoping to know whether my appeal is still being reviewed. If I unknowingly violated any guideline, I sincerely apologize. Please let me know what I did wrong, and I will make sure it never happens aga
I have a technical question regarding how the contributor upload limits and the moderation queue work.If my account reaches the maximum limit of pending files (causing the upload button to be temporarily disabled with the message about having too much content pending moderation), and I decide to manually delete (cancel) one or more files that are still waiting for review in the "In Review" tab: Does this deletion immediately free up that slot/quota in my pending queue, allowing me to upload a new file in its place right away? Or is the upload block based strictly on a 7-day rolling calendar, meaning that deleting pending files won't unblock the upload button? I want to better manage my queue and delete some files that I realized have minor quality issues before they get reviewed, but I want to make sure how this affects my active upload limits.Thank you.
Adobe rejected the AI-image due to copyright infringement (Intellectual Property Refusal). Can someone please help clarify how this image infringes copyright?
Over the last few years the likes of Paypal and Payoneer or forever increasing their exchange rate / transfer fees. As Adobe is keen to help its contributors maybe it’s about time for a revision of the options available. Either by way of adding your own bank account details, Like Alamy does. The fees involved would be far more reasonable.Or, the addition of Wise (formerly TransferWise) who also have fees that are less painful.Making stock imagery can be hard enough and the fact that the current companies that Adobe offer as payment methods take nearly 5% of income, it feels like Adobe could really make a name for themselves by offering something like Wise as an option. Anyway, forever hopeful that this could someday be done as it would make a very meaningful difference. Cheers
What if I publish the same low quality asset outside adobe for free. As an example my Adobe assets are 300dpi images and if I publish those in a Facebook page in 72dpi and re-link the Adobe public profile for High quality assets. Is it violating rules ?
Few days ago I posted about I was getting too much similar content rejection. From there I learned about ‘Stock’s Reverse Image Search’ from community expert @Nancy OShea . Thakns again. to test out the result I picked topics based on the reverse image search, took only those topic/concept which got result under 100k than I create and uploaded 10 images to the stock and waited for the result. From those 10 images 3 got approved, 4 got rejected and 3 images are still on review. Now, about rejected image (refer to 1st screenshot) all 4 image rejected due to similar content rejection. The selected one topic/concept is 'iced matcha latte in glass with light shadows’ this topic only got 454 search result in adobe stock (refer to 2nd screenshot) but still got rejected due to similar content rejection. Can someone please explain where I am doing wrong? also I am curious to learn more about how I can avoid getting similar content rejection maybe some tips and tricks or solutions. Thanks in
