Allow the ability to tear off parts of the UI and move them to another monitor

Having this renderer limited to only one of my two awesome monitors feels bad. Need a way to tear off and re-organize the UI to the users liking and be able to duplicate and use multiple camera/viewport windows at once.

Thanks for the suggestion!  Customizable UI is something on our radar for our next major UI overhaul.  Not something we'll have immediately, but flagged for the future.
