It also seems to happen, when the tracker is unable to resolve parts in the beginning of the sequence. In that case, go to where the warning overlay starts to disappear and clip everything before. Then place the footage again, track, and splice the part you cut off back in.

Same here, 99% indefinite stall - PC, Win 10, most recent versions of everything. Happens on external drive and internal drive. The file is primitive, yet large, 1 layer CMYK. Tried internal drives with & without encryption, external RAID 5 with NTFS formatting. But at least I can quit the saving process without terminating PS!

Here are captures of the file this "style" originated from and the displaying problems in various enlargement situations: Edit: "captions" (broken at 12,5 %) (broken at 50 %() (OK at 16,7 %) (OK at 25 %) Here I can very well manually drag the pattern: Edit 2: this also appears to be the case with the embossed pattern on the extra layer. When I zoom outz, the pattern shifts around. It seems if I apply and position it at 100% magnification, it comes out properly when merging, though I haven't yet tried to merge it with the shifted pattern applied...

P.S.: as visible on the screenshot, I have "solved" the problem working around with another fill layer with 0% fill, which I can drag around as a whole, but that's one more layer 🙂

Hi guys, (Edit: inserted pictures properly & captioned them) I've just recently been confronted with the seemingly arbtrary inability to get an embossed pattern structure to exactly overlay its pattern counterpart below in 1 layer setting. Although the very same pattern is used, the embossed structure has an entirely different position on some computers, I can drag the embossed structure by hand, which doesn't work on another computer with the same file, same software, same OS dragging and dropping the same fill layers with patterns from one file, where I was able to drag the pattern around within the layer effects doesn't allow me to drag it around in the new target file snapping to origin has no effect the embossed part displays differenty depending on display zoom. I adjust it at, say, 30% zoom, but zooming in/out completely throws it out of position. Could this be some setting I missed? Thanks! Hi guys, those PSxyz.tmp files are constantly clogging my cloud uploads and produce errors when they're auto-deleted. Since I mostly work with large files (35000 px+) this is rather counterproductive. Is there a way to tell PS to save those files in the scratch path, for example? This is not a PS problem per se, but... it kind of is! Thank you 🙂

Looks like gradient mesh to me, combined with an overlaid gradient object (copy the same object without gradient mesh, or with a separate mesh just for shading, and choose a suitable blend mode). One one leaf, where the ridges are wrongly facing downwards, it looks like gradient mesh couldn't be controlled properly. Create the leaf shape out of 2 vertical halves, copy it onto another layer, then have lots of green swatches prepared, create a dense gradient mesh using alternating green tones. Hi guys, Recently the "Save for web" dialog doesn't export the selected artboard anymore, but only on a few files - it works fine with others. I've looked into other threads already, there's no ticker for "use artboards", just when I use the "export" option. Did I mess up some setting in the preferences section? Does anybody have a clue? I've been running Illustrator CS4 on Win 10 since quite a while. Yes, it's not supported anymore, no, I don't wish to upgrade. Thanks!

Hello, I've recently been organizing lots of pre-LR image folders (I was working with Bridge before) and I wanted to apply "remove chromatic aberration" to all images. I applied it to one, then selected all images in the folder and synced that specific setting to all images. LR took a while, yet CA was not checked on any other images later. This seems to work on smaller folders/selections, though. What did I miss? Could this be a cache issue?

Hi Sahil, I'm on Win 10 x64, using the most up to date versions of everything. (LR 2.4.1, Classic 8.4) I used a setting I use for all my images - it shrinks to 1000x1000, applies a watermark, sharpens for screen and renames the file. I can reproduce it again and again. The files attached all produce the same error, the source file of the second one (tif) is too large to upload. Thanks a lot for your help!

Hey there. I've recently started using LR CC and edited 2 mobile shots that I now wanted to re-export from LR Classic with my usual watermarks, as LR CC doesn't seem to be capable of doing that.. All I get is an error message the files couldn't be written. Any other file will export just fine except these two. In the meanwhile, I've exported them again as jpg additionally, plus made virtual copies in LR Classic, but none of those files can be exported from Classic. I'm not very LR savvy, maybe I missed something?

The solution to ALL those problems: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2314267 Set the system time to May 31st, 2013 in the control panel. Check for Updates wait a couple of hours (SLOW server), including 2 reboots, for all Updates to finish... Riduculous. I wasted a whole day, easily.

It looks like none of those files are available anymore. At least the ones that I'd need - all I can get is a non-updated Creative Suite. Asking support for the update files twice has only gotten me so far! I described my problem precisely and that I just got an entire Suite for download, so I got to download the same thing again. All the files are missing on the server. At least for ID. The pages are still there, but downloading produces a 404 error. Does anyone still have them available? I unfortunately seem to have deleted them.... Or better - could Adobe PLEASE make them available again?

OK guys, I'm sorry, I was afk for a while. c.pfaffenbichler​ that's exactly what's happening here. I have already worked around it, nothing pressing, I just thought this might be interesting for devs. I'm using the version 19.0.7 as I don't have Win10 and also have no desire to switch over, as my 3D rendering software will then render even slower than on 8.1, which is even slower than 7. Eventually, I'll be forced to switch, but I'll have to find time to reset my whole system or, better, set up a multi-boot system.
