Hi – sorry to hear. If there is no other backup or saved version i guess, its all lost. i recommend to save by hand, every 2-3 minutes. Good luck.

Hi Alisa – you're right, there is on specific Uservoice Page just for PS 😞 Did you try to install an older PS Version on the same PC? (you can do this in the CC desktop app) Is PS the only tool making you this kind of trouble? i would try to reset the preferences.

Sometimes it helps to LOG-OUT and LOG-IN again inside CC Desktop App. Also, try this: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/safe-mode-illustrator-diagnostic-startup-tests.html As you want to open AI but the Error mentions PS – try also to troubleshoot (Plugins, Preferences etc.) PS. But all other tools from CC work well? What about the older Version of AI (you can install them side by side)? Good luck.

i would try the GRID for this actions… View > Show > Grid Preferences > Grid (change to your needs) As you only have the 7-days-Trial. Also check out Photoshop-Elements. Or Open source like GIMP.

Hi DonutDog… I suggest to Place your image in InDesign or Illustrator on the EXACT document size. This document should have 3mm BLEED/OFFSET – then you export as PDF and don't forget to select the «Print Marks» and include the BLEED/OFFSET. -> Hope you have the ALL app subscription. Otherwise use the 7-days trial. btw: You mean Crop Marks, right? Not Guidelines…
