In the brushes panel type Spatter into the search box. If that doesn't give you what you need from the brushes on your system, click at the top right of the brushes panel and select 'get more brushes'. Photoshop will take the RAM allocated to it, and is designed not to release it until closure. That way it does not have to repeatedly request RAM from the OS. What is your maximum RAM use setting in Preferences > Performance? Dave ... View more
