Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. On the first sight I don't see any abnormalities in your system info. Memory available to Photoshop: 25124 MB Memory used by Photoshop: 90 % By @gwdeakin   One point is the setting of the memory usage of Photoshop. Your setting is 90%, recommended is a value between 70-80%. However, I don't believe that this is the reason for the problem. But you can check.   Your graphics card meets the system requirements, but it's not very powerful, especially since you have three monitors connected. To rule that out, I would try it with just one monitor.   Which remove tool do you use?  Is it the AI based tool? If yes,  try the "More stable" mode. Go to Edit > Preferences > Image Processing and select "More Stable" mode for the Remove Tool. Then relaunch Photoshop and check if that helps.   eine weitere Information die ich gelesen habe: Bei der Programmiertechnik von PlugIns soll sich etwas geändert haben. PlugIns nach "alter Entwicklungstechnik" werden nicht mehr "akzeptiert/sind nicht mehr lauffähig".  Was aus meiner Sicht allerdings nicht zutreffen kann - das Plugin wird von PS noch gestartet, aber die darin enthalten Funktionen können nicht mehr aufgerufen werden, da ja die Fehlermeldung mit "Signatur" angezeigt wird.   By @PeterB. Das ist durchaus möglich. Die Anwendungen werden ja immer weiterentwickelt und damit sind auch Anpassungen bei der Plugin-Integration notwending.  Außerdem sind Fehlermeldungen manchmal etwas irreführend. Das habe ich schon öfters beobachtet.    Dann bin ich über den Adobe Support generell schwer enttäuscht. Der kündigt telefonischen Support an, lässt mich trotz telefonischer Vereinbarung mehrfach stundenlang auf einen Rückruf warten und dann kommt nichts. As far as I know LrC is using AI for denoising, adaptive profiles and creating of masks for local adjustments. Again I don't think these function shouldn't pose a problem for agencies.  LrC uses AI also for removing distractions and lens blur. These function can be problematic. I'm not aware of any way to globally disable AI functions. You can only avoid using them. However, AI-powered functions like noise reduction, mask creation for local adjustments, or adaptive profiles shouldn't pose a problem for agencies. In my opinion, agencies are primarily concerned with preventing manipulations such as removing or adding objects, people, etc., or generative enhancements. @Ged_Traynor  I understand this a little differently. The second computer was indeed reset, but the update occurred before Photoshop could even be started. As I understand it, the plugin couldn't be tested either. However, foregoing regular updates is only a temporary solution, since important updates and patches will be missing. @PeterB. Ich glaube der Adobe - Support kann dir hier auch nicht helfen. Da die Gültigkeit der Signatur des Plugins abgelaufne ist, müsste man es erneut mit einer aktuell gültigen Signatur rezertifizieren. Da es von einem Dritthersteller stammt kann dir Adobe hier nicht helfen. Diese Rezertifizierung kann eigentlich nur der Hersteller des Plugins machen.   Versuche das Plugin über den CC Cleint zu deinstallieren.   Wenn das nicht hilft bleibt dir nur eine saubere komplette Neuinstallation der Adobe-Software. Von den Plugin wirst du dich leider verabschieden müssen.   @Ged_Traynor  I think that the disabeling of the auto-update doesn't help. The plugin's signature has expired. In addition to @kglad 's post. Please be patient, the downloads can take several minutes to start and can proceed slowly. lt's recommend to save the download files on an USB stick, hard drive or CD/DVD, but it isn't sure how long these links are available.   Adobe has stopped supporting Lightroom 6 several years ago. You should try to do a offline activation. I think there's no option to prevent this. A workarounf can be to export the appropriate image for ex. as a TIFF. In the export settings you can let the exported image automatically open it in Photoshop. After editing you can save it as a JPEG without added to the LR catalog. I know it isn't very handy, but I see it as the only option at the moment.    ... View more

@gomboman provided his Lr 6 catalog to me, only the .lrcat file, no Previews.   I was able to upgrade his Lr 6 catalog without any errors using LrC 15.0.1.
