Hi Marcin, Just to confirm, you installed the JP version of Illustrator by changing the language setting in your CC Desktop App Preferences: Change the language setting of your Creative Cloud apps Is that the only brush with an English name, or are there others? No problem, glad you're able to work with the older versions at least. Did the next level support agent ever get in contact with you? I can reach out to them if they haven't done so already.

Also moving to Adobe Creative Cloud so we can get some more eyes on this as it's spanning multiple apps.

Hi Al, That certainly would inhibit the troubleshooting process, wouldn't it! Sorry that the apps have been causing you so much frustration. Thanks for the extra details as well. What happens when you try to open the apps in a new user account on your computer? I wonder if user preferences on your current account on your Mac may be causing problems. You mentioned you tried reinstalling the previous version of Illustrator - will that version open for you or is it causing trouble as well? -Wren

Hi nyfeman, I had a chat with a colleague and have a couple of suggestions for you to try. This may be a GPU problem, can you try disabling by following these steps: Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues Do you have any third-party plugins installed? Are you able to open the apps in a new user account on your computer? Let us know if disabling GPU works for you. Best, Wren

Adobe is creating a new series of Getting Started Series tutorials for InDesign. The series consists of 10 tutorial pages, and each page has 3-5 videos. In order to ensure success with this effort, we want to test the tutorials with as many people as possible. Who?
