Hi Keith, It's generally not recommended that you run an older software version like CS3 on a newer OS like Sierra. Under our system requirements page for CS3, only up to OS X Leopard is officially supported. System requirements | Adobe Illustrator It may prove difficult to get CS3 working 100% unless you install an older OS. Let us know if we can help with anything else! Best, Wren

Hi sheana, From the second screenshot, it looks like you've drawn a line instead of a shape. Lines don't show bounding boxes like a pen stroke or shape does unless you expand the line. You can do this by going to Object > Expand while you have the line selected. Let us know if you need further assistance! Best, Wren

Instructions on how to do this can be found in this article at the bottom: Install add-ons and extensions for Adobe apps You may also need to get in contact with the makers of the Maps add-on for assistance with this. I haven't heard anything regarding the IdeaCentres and don't have one to test it out, unfortunately. Hi Ray, I don't think this is currently possible with an action. Illustrator is only going to record a tool after you've used it, so simply selecting a tool isn't considered a recordable action. Sorry about that, I misread the information you had provided and jumped to conclusions. Thanks for providing the videos as well! I have an Intuos Pro (M) and a Cintiq in my office, currently running Sierra and the latest Wacom driver. I'm not able to replicate the exact problems you're describing here, but I can see how a small bounding box could cause issues. The pen and mouse seem to be working as they should be on my end. What about GPU Performance? Do you have this turned on/off while you're working? Any plug-ins? Trying to think of other variables that may be causing problems.
