Do you mean you've been doing "fill path" to change the color? Anyway, you can choose the pen tool, then right-click and choose "Define Custom Shape."  Then you will have a custom shape that you can make any size. You can: 1. Fill Path with black, then Pen tool/right-click on path/Define Custom Shape. With this way, you can change the color each time, but it will be solid without the outlines and 2. Take the path outline you show here and: Select the pen tool/right-click on the path/choose Define Custom Shape. Now the outline will be the custom shape. Your English is better than my German! Well, if the photo wasn't taken at the right time of day for the sunlight effect, you can achieve it in various ways. One way would be using the dodge tool on the areas you want the sunlight to appear to be hitting. Is that what you mean? And are you talking about doing this on a different photo? When you saved it to your computer, did you change the filename? If you didn't, then the new (altered) version will be what you saved over the untouched original. If you change the filename, then try re-uploading the untouched original from your phone, it should work. Or do you somehow have all your devices synced so that the altered version replaced the original everywhere? (I don't have this, so I'm just guessing here) If that's the case, do you have Carbonite or some other online backup that might not yet have backed up the new version. ... View more

If the only downloadable option from Shutterstock was a jpeg, then it will never be transparent. If it gave an option of .eps or .svg, that would be the best. You can open an .eps or an .svg file in Photoshop. There will be a dialog box allowing you to choose the dpi (they will usually be at 72 dpi). But some of the jpegs on SS are raster versions of Illustrator (vector) files. You might want to look into whether this file is one of those. ... View more
