It looks like you have a 4 ch multi channel sequence, is that what you intended? You could try making a stereo sequence to see if this makes any difference. It is also quite a good idea to use the inbuilt bars and tone to test faulty sequences as this rules out any problems with your source footage. It also looks like this is a Premiere question, it might be worth posting in that forum, the forum Mod may move this post.

This was a quick fix I did in Premiere. I duplicated the video onto track 2, croped the top left corner and rotated it to bottom right. The I added a bit of brightness in Lumitry.

For a dip to black transition in complicated sequences I often just add a clip of black on a higher track with a fade in and out.

I have a BMPCC 4K camera with and Olympus 12 to 40mm lens. My main Sony (now rather old) cameras only shoot HD at 25i so I run my BM camera at 50p to match the interlaced framerate. The theatre I mainly film at, like most others, have moved to LED lights, this does cause some issues mainly with saturated blue washes. The BM camera is one of my locked off wide shots and I set it at 3800K white balance 3200 ISO, f-stop of 5.6 with a wide focal length of about 16mm.

For the dance shows I do with BM footage I use the Autokroma plugin to decode the footage, These are my basic settings: I then use the Lumitry tab in Premiere to fine tune the white balance using the picker in the basic tab and set the black and white points. For highly saturated costumes I often use the hue v hue and the hue v saturation curves.

I have just installed my LG G3 OLED tv as my reference monitor and I was supprised how much delay there was on the picture. My older Plasma tvs had about 60ms delay. This is my setup, Premiere Beta running on a 9900 i9 based PC feeding a BM Ultra Studio 4K mini. The LG tv is then fed via HDMI and the BM analogue audio goes to my monitoring. The test I set up had a Prores file with black for 2 sec followed by bars and tone at 50 fps. I configured my Racal Universal timer so that the audio started the count and the white of the colour bars stopped the count (via a photo diode trigger) These are the delays I got ( all delay settings in Premiere set to zero) from different sequence settings 50 fps 108ms 25 fps 168ms 60 fps 90ms 30fps 147ms Playing from the Source monitor 110ms This is the same test done in AFX 50fps 180ms 25fps 270ms 60fps 181ms 30fps 240ms and in Resolve 50fps 145ms 25fps 112ms

May not be the reason but 48k is the normal audio sample rate for video.

Make a new STEREO sequence and copy and paste all your footage. You can then use the pan controls and faders to create your stereo mix.
