The CTI always shows the frame it is parked at the begining of. At the start it will show the first frame, at the end it will show the first frame of black.

Try making a 25i sequence and adding the 50P to that sequence. Then export as 25i. If you would like to Dropbox a short 50P clip I could have a look.

At the moment you have set your audio exports to 16 channel, which will export 16 mono channels. If you want just a stereo export change your audio export settings to stereo.

I have found that you can change the inflection at the end of a word either by finding the correct sounding sylable somewhere else in the interview and editing it in or sometimes a pitch change of just the end of the word helps.

You could use the 'Midiainfo' program to see what the bit rate of the export is. In Audition there is a quality setting on the export page, i'm sure this will affect the bit rate.

I made a music track and called it CD1 and also made a second track the same as the first but with the gain pushed up and called it CD2 I put CD1 on on the timeline and used remix to make it 30 sec. I then replaced CD 1 with CD2 in the project panel and the new music went onto the sequence with the edits, It seemed to work for me.

If you use the replace footage comand in the project panel it should keep all the edits of the origional.
