If you use the replace footage comand in the project panel it should keep all the edits of the origional.

Try creating a mono track, see if that had a panner. 5.1 tracks can't be panned.

It looks like A1 and A2 are different types of audio track, one looks stereo and the other mono.

I'm having a problem playing back any 50 fps material in a 50 fps sequence either HD or UHD using a BM Ultra Studio 4K Mini. Nothing plays back smoothly even after rendering the timeline. If I disable Transmit all is fine. I get the yellow drop frame indicator all the time when using transmit. This is using 24.4.0 beta but I get the same issue with 24 shipping and V23. I mentioned this issue a few months ago on the Beta forum. i9 9900K 63 Gb ram M2 ssd for footage Ultra Studio running V12.8.1 50 fps playback is fine in Resolve.

I would also expiriment with a compressor. perhaps 2:1 with a threshould of -10 ish, with a bit of makeup gain.

50i is missnamed, it should be 25i (50 fields). A 25i export should be fine. Many manufactures use the term 50i because it sounds better but it is still only 25 frames per second.

It looks like you have a 4ch master sequence rather than stereo. I would create a new stereo sequence and copy and paste your material from the original sequence.

I would find a sync point in one of the earlier clips and see how different it is to your new capture, that will give you some idea of how much to move the start point.

There's a good chance that when playing in Premiere you are using its 32bit float 'engine'. This often copes with overloads. When exporting I expect you are reducing the file to 16 bit and any overloads will result in distortion. Try pulling down the master fader in the track mixer to stop the peaks going into the red.
