You will find the computers that dont work have their audio monitoring set to mono, this is often the case with laptops or smartphones. If the audio has two tracks, left and right, with the same audio on both, if one of the tracks is phased reversed when listening in mono the sound will cancel out and you will hear nothing (or very little). If listening in stereo it will sound almost normal. Often the cause of out of phase sound is using a balanced mono microphone into an unbalanced 3.5mm stereo jack on a camera.

Try using the fill left with right effect on the faulty clips, this will show if you have an out of phase issue.

This option might also affect how your tracks sound. The clicks might well be caused by not editing when the sample levels cross zero. By overlapping your clips you are adding a short crossfade whch cures this problem.

Are you on Windows or a Mac? Your ausio is recorded Dolby Digital 5.1 and Premiere uses the computer operating system to do the decode.

Your footage also seems to be variable framerate, this adds a whole new level issues. The usual advice is to trancode it to constant framerate using a third party program like Handbrake.

Does the Wireless pro setting preset match your camera? The manual has instructions about this. If you can use the audio recorded in the transmitter that would be better quality as it is 32bit float.

It works fine on my Windows machine. The only mismatch I can see is that your sequence is 29.97fps and the effects tracks are 30 fps.

I've just had a play with some of the Premiere settings and it seems when importing any audio only file that does not have any timecode metadata, the timecode that Premiere uses for that file is determined by the Interminate Media Timebase setting in the prefs. Any audio that is added to a sequence and double clicked to open in the source monitor will then assume the framerate of that sequence.

You must remember that audio only files do not have a framerate, only a sample rate so I'm not sure what frame timebase it uses for these audio files.
