Don't export the video as a Gif. Export it as a Mp4 if you plan to edit it in Premiere. Also, you need to make sure your frame rate matches. Example. If you export the mp4 at 30 fps then you need to make sure your video settings in Premiere are 30 as well.

Have you tried a uninstall and a reinstall? Be sure to restart your computer when you reinstall.

You also can just save each as individual jpegs by turning off the eyeball next to the layer and then when you save choose jpeg. do that process for each one.

You could outline all the color with the magic wand and then mask it. Then clean up the mask with a paint brush.

If I am reading this correctly and you want one to stop and the other to play then you have to have one on play and the other on stop. Be sure to convert to a smart object before using the Free Transform tool to resize the image. Smart Objects preserve an image's source content with all its original characteristics, enabling you to perform nondestructive editing to the layer.

Quick tip: You can just drag images from folders or your desktop right into Illustrator without having to place them. Hope that helps.

Make sure your frame rate matches the video frame rate. That could be why it's out of sync and why it's skipping. Also if you have it embedded in a movieclip on the timeline. You need to make sure you have enough frames on your timeline for the video to play out.

Try doing a search on your computer and see if you saved the .ai file somewhere else. Also if you aren't seeing the layers in the .ai you have on your desktop and you don't have a recovery file. I would say the work is lost. Going from trial to subscription, shouldn't do anything to your file.

Make sure it's not the main background layer. Also, make sure it is not locked. Try duplicating the layer and then use the Transform tool. Cmd+T for Mac and ctrl+t for Windows.

In all the years I have used Adobe Flash/Animate I have always used MP3's with no quality issues. But the program has always just worked better with MP3 for me. Most everyone I know uses the MP3 as well. Plus when you publish, you can ramp up your sound publish settings for the best quality.

You need to click on the frame you want the audio on and add a bunch of frames using f5. Then click the properties menu. down in the sound menu, you will click the name drop-down menu to add your sound to the timeline. To hear the sound in the timeline you have to put it on stream. Also, make sure your sound you imported is an MP3. Hopefully, this solves your issue.

Don't give you graphic in adobe animate a background, then export as an animated gif. Make sure you have the little transparency box is clicked before you save it.

There are 2 brush tools. If you are using the Paint Brush tool you have to change the width of the brush in the properties panel. If you are using the brush tool you will have to change the size in toolbar panel. Also when using the tool brush you can change the brush size with keyboard shortcuts. keyboard shortcuts are [ for smaller ] for bigger.
