Do you have any 3rd party application/ anti-virus installed which blocks Flash Content from running on your system. If Yes, then Please either add Flash as Trusted Software to that application/antivirus.

Hi, try the following steps: 1) uninstall flash completely 2) restart computer 3) install newest flash 4) restart computer If you still face the issue please specify the following : Is there an error or does the installation just hang at 95% percent? If it returns an error, what is the error? We'll need the Flash Player installation log files to investigate further. Please do the following: Review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? Configure your system to obtain the install.log and FlashPlayerInstallManager.log files Attempt to install Flash Player again. When the installation hangs (or returns an error), close out of the installation window Upload the install.log file (only the portion related to the Flash Player installation) and the FlashInstallManager.log (entire file) to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document Post the link to the uploaded log files in your reply Thanks!

HI, For Win 10/8.x Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and all Flash Player for IE updates are released by Microsoft, not Adobe. You can use instructions on Flash Player Issues | Windows 10 | Internet Explorer to resolve the issue. Thanks!

Hi, Go to system preferences. Do you see flash player in the list? If yes, got to flash player -> updates. Please mention the installed versions. If not, 1)Download the uninstaller from: Uninstall Flash Player for Mac OS 2) Open the page: Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac Under the heading "Still having problems" click on the specific link to NPAPI/PPAPI plugin. 3) Ensure all the browsers are closed. Run the uninstaller and then the offline installer. Thanks!

Hi, You can download the .msi files from the distribution pages. If you are using older distribution page links, they have been decommissioned. Please apply for distribution license by going to Adobe Flash Player Distribution page. In case you have already applied for the same, you would have received a confirmation email containing a link to the distribution page. Go to the same page and download the .msi files. Thanks!

Hi, Please go to get.adobe.com/flashplayer on the browser of your choice i.e. Opera. Choose the options from the drop down list as per your requirements. Extract the tar.gz deliverable. In the extracted folder, you will find Readme.txt containing the exact location where you have to place the deliverable. Restart the browser and verify. Let us know if you face any issues. Thanks!

Hi, How are you getting redirected to the above mentioned link.? Have you opted for "Notify me to install updates" while installing flash player.? Go to system preferences -> flash player-> updates and check for the same. If the flash player version installed on your system is below 24.0.0.221, you will be notified through a pop up to download the latest version which redirects to the get3.adobe.com... link. Thanks!

Hi, If the link that you have no longer works, it has expired. Please apply for a new distribution license at Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe . You'll receive an email within 2-3 business days (most often it's much sooner than that). If you don't receive the email within 2-3 business days, post back here and I'll follow-up with the licensing team. Thanks!

Hi, Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome and there isn't a separate Flash Player installer for it. I suspect you're attempting to install the PPAPI plugin which is for Opera and other Chromium-based browsers. It's not for Chrome. If you want to use Flash Player in Chrome your only option is to use the embedded version. If you provide the following information, we can investigate further: Operating System, including version Flash Player version installed Chrome version installed Detailed description of problem/behaviour experienced, including link to website(s) that reproduce the behaviour Screenshot of any error returned Thanks!
