Hi USS_Exitprise, You may find the snapshot feature under the Edit menu in the application. Also, when you use the feature, it saves the bitmap to the clipboard and allows you to paste into another program. It would not create a file on the disk. Hi VCurran, When you go to cloud.acrobat.com, you can check the files sent using the Adobe Send and Track under the Files option in the Recent or Document Cloud option. Hi Carlenen49657447, Please try running the application as an administrator and follow the steps below for the same: Change the "compatibility" property of the EXE files by right clicking the EXE and select Propertoes>Compatibility Select "Run this program as an administrator" If you want the change to affect all users, select the "Change settings for all users" below.
