Hello Assuming, that you are facing this issue with only a particular PDF, this usually happens if either the document is scanned with low DPI or partially OCRed. Hi LightofHeaven7, Please confirm if its happening with a particular file or all files. Also, if you are exporting PDF to other formats and your PDF is a corrupted file, then you might end up with anything only remotely assembling your PDF file. If the issue exists with all the files, then try the repair installation of the application or try uninstalling and reinstalling the application lastly. Let me know how it goes. Thanks, Supriya

Hi Rschwaag, Each browser has its own settings to control how PDFs open from a web page. Acrobat Reader Dc does not incude a preference setting to open web based PDFs.
