If the app is not working as expected, the first thing I’d recommend is updating Photoshop to the latest release (27.1), which includes stability fixes and improvements for Neural Filters. If updating doesn’t fix it, could you share a bit more? Your macOS version Photoshop version number Whether you see an error message or if the filter simply doesn’t load. Hi @Misuzu33795511cvd5, Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delayed response. I am hopeful that the issue is fixed by now. This looks more like a file association behavior on macOS rather than something Photoshop directly controls. macOS handles icon previews and file associations differently from Windows, so in some cases certain RAW formats (like ARW) may default to a generic app icon instead of displaying a format-specific one. If the issue still persists, you can try manually changing the file association to see if it improves the icon display: Right-click an ARW file Choose Get Info Under Open With, select Photoshop (or another preferred app) Click Change All It may or may not fix the cosmetic icon issue, but it’s worth trying. Let us know if you see any change after adjusting the association. Regards, Srishti

This definitely shouldn’t be happening; Lightroom shouldn’t randomly change keywords on its own, and I can imagine how frustrating and disruptive this must be. If you are still facing this issue, could you share a few details? Which version of Lightroom Classic and operating system are you using Did this behavior start after installing the recent update? Is your catalog synced with Lightroom (cloud) or used only locally? Any patterns you’ve noticed — for example, does it happen after editing, switching modules, or applying presets? Are you seeing any error message or crash report when you try to launch, or does it just not open at all? Hi @britt_9857 It sounds like Lightroom Classic isn’t retaining your AI masks and adjustments when you move between photos, and the edits only reapply after clicking the yellow warning icon. That definitely shouldn’t be happening, especially if you’re on the latest update. To help narrow this down, could you share a bit more? Are the affected files RAW, JPEG, or HEIC? Does this happen with every image, or only some? Are you syncing the catalog with Lightroom cloud or working only locally? Any recent changes in your workflow, new catalog, moved files, external drive, etc.? A screenshot of the yellow warning icon you’re seeing would also help. Hi all, We haven’t received a response from any of you regarding the debug session for this issue, and our team is still actively investigating it and looking for more details. We’ve observed that for some users, disconnecting their VPN resolved the problem. For others, the following steps helped: Quit Photoshop and the Creative Cloud desktop app completely. Go to follwoing locations and rename the UXP folder to something like this UXP.old: - Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP to UXP_backup - macOS: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP to UXP_backup Restart Creative Cloud, then launch Photoshop and test again. If the issue is resolved, please share the old folder with us for further investigation. Please let us know if any of these steps were helpful for you. Regards, Srishti
