Hi @loki999 Sorry for the delayed response! I hope the issue has been resolved by now. If not, I’d recommend trying a preference reset and then adjusting the UI Font Size setting again. Here’s how you can do that (assuming you're on Windows): Close Photoshop. Navigate to the following folder: Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop [version]\Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings Rename this folder to: Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings.old Restart Photoshop. Go to Preferences > Interface and set UI Font Size to Large. Restart Photoshop once more to apply the changes. Let me know if this helps or if the issue persists. I'd be happy to assist further! If I understand correctly, you've drawn something on the iPad version, but it's not syncing to your desktop. On your desktop, you’re only seeing an older version of the file. Here’s what you can try: Go to https://adobe.ly/3ID36ZZ and try downloading the file directly to your desktop. If the downloaded file includes all recent updates, the issue is likely with the desktop app not syncing properly. If the file is still outdated, the issue may be on the iPad side, where the sync hasn't completed or saved correctly. It is currently only available for Android phones that meet the technical requirements. In Finder, navigate to: ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop 2025 Settings/ Move this entire folder to your desktop (as a backup). Relaunch Photoshop — it will create fresh preference files. System info: In Photoshop, go to Help > System Info, then copy and paste the full text into your reply (or attach it as a .txt file). Does this happen with all files or only specific ones? Does it occur after certain adjustment layers or in specific color modes? Are you using a tablet/stylus or a mouse? Do you notice if the tool works on a new document? In the meantime, I’d also recommend manually resetting Photoshop preferences to rule out any corruption. Close Photoshop and go to the following location: macOS: Users/[your user name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop 2025 Settings Windows 11: Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2025\Adobe Photoshop 2025 Settings Rename that folder by adding .old to the end (e.g., Adobe Photoshop 2025 Settings.old ), then restart Photoshop. Let me break it down a bit more simply: Close Photoshop. On your Mac, open Finder. In the menu bar, click Go > Go to Folder… Paste this path: ~/Library/Preferences/ Inside that folder, look for a folder named something like: Adobe Photoshop 2025 Settings Rename it to: Adobe Photoshop 2025 Settings.old Reopen Photoshop — it will create a fresh preferences folder automatically. Before diving into preference resets, I’d suggest first trying a quick check related to your GPU settings. After reviewing your System Info, I noticed there may be an issue related to the GPU that could be affecting the Shadows/Highlights slider behavior. Please try this first: Go to Photoshop > Settings > Performance Uncheck the option that says Use Graphics Processor Restart Photoshop Then try adjusting the Shadows/Highlights sliders again to see if things feel smoother.
