Hi, Sorry for your issue. Which version of Premiere Elements are you using? Please share the system specifications as well(OS, RAM, GPU, Processor etc) I would recommend to clean media cache once and then check the issue. Also, try restoring the preferences. I agree with the suggestions provided above, yet we need to check the original preview of the file and the rendered preview as well as mentioned in these steps. Also, if there is a yellow orange "render" line above your clips along the top of the timeline, press your Enter key to render the timeline (this line will then turn green). Hi there, Sorry for your issue. I understand you are getting red frames during playback and in export. Have you tried cleaning media cache? Please follow these steps: Edit > Preferences > Media > Media Cache Database > Clean Now > OK Media Cache Database also gives us the location where media cache for Premiere Elements is saved.
