Hi PHVCI, Thanks for reaching out. I would recommend you to use Adobe Premiere Pro for this. If you wish to export the video with altered frame size then you can make the change to the sequence settings and then export them accordingly. Sequence > Sequence Settings File > Export > Media However, if you wish to rotate the entire video, then you may have to use Premiere Pro. I understand that you are unable to edit without getting the preview. Did you try the suggestion given by @Ann Bens? Where have you saved the media? There can be any of these reasons causing the issue. Along with it, I would like to mention that encoding video is a linear process of opening any input frames, processing and then saving the output frame. It works as a stream. The effects applied, project complexity also adds up to the amount of the CPU being utilized on different machines for the same project.
