I've had this happen on prior versions of Premiere one the Mavic Pro. Haven't had any issues lately, though. The only workarounds that I've stumbled upon in the prior versions was either of these two: 1. Relocate the .mp4 file - possibly to a different drive if possible 2. Rename the .mp4 file - keeping the .mp4 extension obviously, but just rename the MAX_0001 part to something different. Neither of these made any sense to me as to how they somehow worked after trying. And I've only experience that error message with DJI products. I don't even remember why I thought to try these. Another question to add to Jane's questions: Are your raw files on a NAS server? Some of the latest versions of Camera Raw CC have a weird bug where Camera Raw cannot open raw files if they are on a NAS server. If that is the case, a workaround that you can do is to copy the raw file onto your desktop. Then open it from your desktop. Then you can save the Photoshop file wherever you like. ... View more

Are the keyframes a constant pattern (zoom in 2 seconds, then zoom out 4 seconds throughout the whole video)? Hi marionr12472119, I know this is from a little over a month ago, but I have a few questions. Are the presets .ffx files? Are you on Windows or Mac? Exactly where did you save the preset? If you're on Mac, you can save the .ffx in two places: 1. Applications > Adobe After Effects CC 2017 > Presets -In AE this should show up in your Presets folder in the Effects & Presets panel (may have to close and open AE again). 2. Documents > Adobe > After Effects CC 2017 > User Presets -In AE this should show up in your User Presets folder in the Effects & Presets panel (may have to close and open AE again). What do you see when you turn OFF Region of interest? That's what I was meaning for you to try. Or, is this actually a layer mask? You can tell if it is a layer mask by clicking on your layer in the timeline, and tapping the "m" key. If there is a layer mask on it, then a mask will show when the triangle twirls down. I would say that it depends how complicated your dynamic linked layer is from AE. Those files from AE take a while depending on how complicated the animations are. Does it play pretty slow from your AE composition or skip in your Premiere sequence at full quality playback? Then it could just be the Affect Effects comp dragging it down. My best guess is that this was done with several layer masks in After Effects. It looks like the tree house and the trees at the bottom may have been masked together.
