i have downloaded the new animate 2019..used the setting 2048 by 2048 and a resolution of 2.0 and this is what am getting. on the desktop its not clear but on phone view is sharp

I made this banner when i test offline and zoom on it it appears clear. when i view it without zooming it shows that its pixilated. anyhelp would be welcome. the bigger image is when i zoom in . while the smaller image is how it appears when hosted online.

I have an image which the original size is 3088 by 4290 , resolution 72. so i . reduced it to 300 by 300, resolution 300 9 i even reduced it to 72 it became blurry) using photoshop and imported the image on animate . My canvas is 150 px by 150 px. when i publish the image it comes out pixilated. anyone with a solution i welcome it

i have been working on a slideshow whereby i have 6 hair products and i have been using the code snippet of click to play next frame and stop. when clicking the right button. it shows the next frame which show the second product. but when adding the same code adding on the second product it refuses to bring the next frame. here is the code for the first frame to open the second frame: this.btn1.addEventListener("click", fl_ClickToGoToAndStopAtFrame_6.bind(this)); function fl_ClickToGoToAndStopAtFrame_6() { this.gotoAndStop(8); } when i apply the same code on the second frame to open the third frame. ..the canvas goes blank.
