Thank you for trying the suggestions shared by Anubhav. Would you mind telling us if the issue is happening only with Illustrator or with other Adobe apps, such as InDesign and Photoshop? One of the customers on another product mentioned that "it was having issues with the graphics card because it wasn't set to use the graphics card in the preference settings. The Renderer needed to be set on Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA)." Would you mind checking that and letting us know if that helps? Could you please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below?   Rename the CEP and UXP folders: Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old located at: Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe If that doesn't resolve the issue, rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following locations: Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\ Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe You may also consider resetting Illustrator Preferences. Check this video on the manual preference reset.  If the above doesn't help, would you be willing to run the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to clean, uninstall, and reinstall Illustrator as described in this article?
