If I remember it was an issue with the GeForce Experience App. It injects itself into GPU-accelerated apps to let you know that the GeForce Experience can't work there. The latest versions of the Adobe video and audio tools require Windows 10 (version 1703 or later). Mainstream support for Windows 7 support ended in 2015. OS support info for all CC apps can be found here: OS support for Creative Cloud 2019 apps

If this is a recording from Camtasia, you can export from Camtasia with no cursor. Then just add it in later with keyframes. Much easier than tracking it.

You could use masks on the fill effect. Use masks to control effects | So, in this case, you'd have 3 masks and 3 fills. You could animate it but seems like it's more complex than really necessary. You make black text. The first orange fill is on "talk." The second is on break the cycle," the 3rd is on "build a future without fear." Just animate the fill controls.

Yes, After Effects will run on a XEON W-2104. It will not get the performance boost from multiple cores as it did in previous versions.

Nope, you could try to see if it will un-freeze but if you did not save, there is no way to recover. It's a good habit to start a project & the first thing you do is save the file - before you do anything else. Then at the very least let AutoSave take over.

Yea, there's no way to do that with what you have. If you had many many many more photos you create a 3d scan of the piece and take it in to a 3d program like Cinema4D but that's much more involved. Do you have a different system you can test it on? If you offlined all footage, audio and video, it could be a plug-in or script that was added. When you try to import are you just Control + I or using Media Browser?

Also, slow down. Your deadline may be tight but in your description, there are 3 moments where you made the problem worse by working too fast. I get tight deadlines are rough but panicking will often not make things faster and often times they end with a trip to the Adobe Forums because something is broken, causing your project to come to a standstill.

My first expectation is that it's a cache issue. Choose Edit > Purge > All Memory & Disk Cache to purge the contents of all RAM caches (like the existing All Memory command) and the contents of the disk cache (like the existing Empty Disk Cache button in the Media & Disk Cache preferences).

Is the message from Windows or from After Effects? If it's windows the VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL bug check indicates that the video memory manager has encountered a condition that it is unable to recover from. I'd try updating/reinstalling gpu driver.
