Hi! It doesn't appear, on the surface of it, that the expression is hard-coded time - at least in itself. It looks more like your Opacity is being cranked to 0 by a layer called 'Color Correction Options' in the comp 'Main.' There are so many moving parts it's a bit hard to tear apart with this level of info regarding comps, layers, and intended look. Did you un-shy all layers and extend those as well?
