A lot more information is needed. What version of AE? Sapphire? What's your gpu? Driver? Computer specs and OS?

Without that, I'd start with verifying your GPU drivers are up to date.

There are known issues with Open GL in After Effects, particularly in recent versions. You can check that you have the latest drivers for Nvidia and CUDA drivers but TBH it may not fix the issue.

If you can't get it working, try changing your project settings to "Render Software only". This removes the hardware acceleration temporarily while you file it as a bug and chat to Adobe to see if they have any fix on the cards.

no i have this happen to me many times but I'd always find a way to fix it (hardly) but I have been trying two days now to fix it again on my recent project but everthing that i do doesn't seem to do anything..
