Crash Report

I don´t know what happens with AE. I have installed it and is all time stopping and colapsing. I can´t work because it didn´t save. Appears a notice of "Crash Report". Y have to do an important work and I can´t. Help please!!!

We'll need much more information as to your computer specs, what release of AE you are on, what you are doing prior to the crash, along with any error messages. Also what are the contents of the crash report?

I have CC 2019 version, before I had a MAC but today I changed to an ASUS

because the other was broken. Then I have Windows 10. I can enter in AE but

after five minutes that I am editing the program falls. I´m editing with

only two videos but when I had the mac I can editing a lot of more.
