With a rectangle use Envelope distort- Make with Warp. Use the Flag style. Copy and join them together.

Photoshop is a raster based software and it displays everything as such. This was created in Photoshop with a vector mask and saved as a PDF and shown at 1600X, no pixelation. The pixelated image is the original in Photoshop at 300X.

Add two points where you want it removed. With the direct selection tool, select the line area between the two points. Hit delete.

You could do an image trace. Expand and ungroup. Go into Recolor Artwork and create a new color group from the traced image. The group with all of the colors will be in the swatches pallette. Where you go from there is still an open question in my mind.

Yiu can get a color table of up to 256 colors from save for web, you save it as an .act file. Same in Photoshop.

Using the animal as an example. Make a copy of the entire animal path, then use the eraser tool to separate the ear area from the rest of the path.

Are you trying to use the mixer brush or normal? If it's a normal bristle brush, click Brush Tip Shape in the brush options to get to the bristle panel.

There are 3 straight lines on the circle. 2 of them have a small white square. The other one doesn't. Using the selection tool, drag the one without the white square towards the center of the circle.

When the amount of text exceeds the size of the text box you'll see the plus mark. Increase the box size and it should disappear.

The image that you posted is on an angle so the blue backround isn't uniform and gets lighter on the right side. Set the blue color as the forground color, add a solid color adjustment layer with the blue color and set the blending mode to divide. That should turn the blue into white. I selected the blue color on the right side so only that area is white.

Illustrator works differently than Photoshop #3 Use the gradient tool #4 Select the object, make sure fill is selected, then click the solid color that you want #5 In the stroke panel you can select where the stroke is aligned,either center, inside or outside.

Trace over the path with the line segment tool. Double click the tool and it will tell you the angle.
