It depends on the font itself. You can find it in a font and you can not find in another one. It is existing in Arial font for example, and many fonts that I have on my PC.

Unfortunately, you can't customize this cursor like the brush cursor. Try to reduce the resolution of the screen itself to make everything bigger. It will reduce the resolution. Also you can scale up the UI of the photoshop itself from Edit > Preference> Interface but I don't know if it would help you or not.

From Window > Type > Glyphs you can open the Glyphs panel and you will find the all special characters of the font including the copyright and registerd mark.

Did you tried making just one artboard and make the variable text with it after that you can import the data and save every document alone in PDF and combine them together with Acrobat?

This blue border shoud appear just in filters like Skin Smoothing and Smart Portrait to auto detect face and skin. It should change when you change the filter, but make sure that the filter is already downloaded. Do you mean the blue border still exist even when you move to another filter?

It is the nature of brushes, you are drawing using opacity. If you don't like this overlap, you can use opaque colors. Use obaque colors in different layer and you can change the opacity of the layer itself. The build up option in the settings is clear when using graphic tablets even if you didn't release your pen. It apply the effect when you draw back on the previous line.

First you should make sure that you don't have a small selection that you are painting outside as you said because it is the common mistake. In paint brush, make sure that all setting in the option bar are good or reset it. In clone stamp, you need first to press Alt+Click the area that you need to clone then you can press click and drag to clone from. In eraser tool and the all above, make sure that you select a regular layer not a smart object or locked layer in the layer panels. You can also provide screenshots to be able to help you more.

The live strokes problem is that when someone increase the size of the icon, it may scale the icon without stroke. You can outline the stroke then, you can merge all shapes with the outlined stroke to be one shape to clean it.

You tried to use the Area Text (Text with text frame) so you will increase the size of the text frame not the text itself. Using the Type tool, click and drag to draw the text frame or double click the point of the point text to convert it to area text.

You mean to make a selection using the channels? If so, you can Cmd/Cntrl + Press on the Channel from the Channels Panel, the channel will be selected and the marching ants will appear 🙂

In Ps 2019 and Ps 2022 you can do the same, make the panel in the dock, collapsed or floating. It is the same in the 2 versions. Let us know if you can not click and drag the name of the panel to move iit anywhere: And click the two small arrows in the top right of the panel to collapse it to make it a small icon to add it to the skinny bar you are talking about: Click and drag it to make it smaller: Click and drag it to the bar:
