Exactly, Photoshop is not like Rhino. So different softwares. Photoshop is mainly an image processing software not vector, surface modeling or CAD software. Illustrator may help more. In Adobe Illustrator you will find these tools.

I see that Scroll All Windows is disabled, so you resetting your Photoshop may fix it. Double click on Photoshop icon and immediately hold down the Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys (in Windows) or the Command+Option+Shift before opening Ps immediately( in Mac OS)

You can duplicate the shape, Red & Blue Layers. - Put one of them (Shapes) above the Blue (Duplicated Blue) and the another one above the Red Layer (Duplicated Red). - Use Alpha Matte from Track Matte.

In Illustrator, Styles, Custome Brushes, Graphic Styles ... etc., don't store in the software like InDesign. It stores in the file itself. If you need to use it you must import it from it's Ai file.

1- Draw line shapes yu need with No fill: 2- Increase the Stroke size: 3- Use Object> path > Outline Stroke 4- Use Pathfinder> Unite ( Make sure there was no fill Step 01) 5- Remove the Fill Colr and make a Stroke Color wit Dash Options from Stroke Panel
