You are working with Shape Layers. Shapes are vector based layers, so you can't use lasso or selection tools to edit it. If you want to work in it as a normal image, you must rasterize it. Custome Strikethrough is not available in Ps or Ai. It is just available in InDesign. You can make it manual by drawing a line shape so you can change it's stroke, using the Pen Tool (Shape) or Line Tool. ... View more
