I use PS 2020, but took over my presets when updating. Could it be that you have not activated the "Show recents" option in the gradient panel? Then you won't see the extra bar at the top. In the gradient panel you can organize the gradients much easier than before. Just drag the desired preset to the first position

Can it be that the program assignment in Explorer is not correct? What happens if you double-click the image while holding down the Alt key?

You can restore the old behavior if you mark the option "Use legacy transform" in the preferences. If you want to transform proportionally, hold down the shift key. Or you can leave the setting as is and hold the shift key to not transform proportionally.

Using InDesign, I create the final layout (nine in all using layers for the unique objects) the layout is comprised of a eps file background (shared by the nine layouts, from a PSD file), text and two PSD objects (one described above.) The eps file could cause problems. The eps is an image, right? Please test that.

it sounds like you have set the mode to lighten in the options. If so, set it to normal or darken to remove bright spots on dark areas.

Als erstes erzeugst du eine Auwahl, z. B. mit dem Lasso-Werkzeug. Im Menü Ebene wähle Neue Füllebene > Muster. Muster auswählen, ev. skalieren und auf OK klicken. Die Auswahl wird automatsch in eine Ebenenmaske übernommen. Weitere Muster kannst Du in Photoshop laden. in the video you can not see what's in the layer groups, therefore it is difficult to judge where the mistake lies. Just an idea: Check the option "use all layers" in the options bar.

You have to enlarge an image at least four times, that will be a pretty bad quality, since only similar pixels between the existing ones are calculated when interpolating. You will find the Image Size command in the Picture menu

Du findest den Speicherort, wenn du in ACR im Menü unter dem kleinen Zahnrad auf Einstellungen laden gehts. Im Screenshot siehst du den Pfad auf meinem Mac. Dann einfach die gewünschten Dateien auf den anderen Rechner an die gleiche Stelle kopieren. Du brauchst aber Aminrechte.
