Perhaps I am not understanding your problem clearly. I have no issue using the crop tool to draw a new crop without modifiers not adjusting that crop from sides. Can you describe the workflow you are using? Mac OS Sierra PsCC2019

Press the shift key when transforming in order to transform disproportionately. It basically reverse of what was.

As far as I can tell theres no means of disabling but it sounds like you just need to lift your finger off the option key when panning with space bar.

It wouldn't matter if they were clipped or not. The answer is the same. Drag the newly created layer with the isolated object above the adjustment layer.

Create a new layer. Drag the layer underneath the red buddha layer. Use a brush to paint in white in the area of the glass. (to be sure you are painting with white res the "D" key then the "X" key)

In the options bar set the angle to zero and the smart object will revert to its original angle prior to it becoming a smart object. Remember the angle so you can enter it again after the transformation you want to perform.

Using the Layer Styles dialog you can remove any white pixels by changing the Blend If slider. Drag the white triangles to the left. Any white background will now become transparent. In order for you to access this dialog the layer can not be a "Background" layer. If it is, click the Padlock Icon to unlock it. Also there must not be any layers beneath. Save the file as a PNG 16 and check the box to include transparency. Note: While the file will have transparency, the Finder or (presumably) Windows Explorer will show the transparency as white.

Given the task. norman.sanders​ suggestion is by far the simplest solution. Theoretically one cold use adjustment layers to reduce the shadowing but that would not address missing info as JJMack​ points out. Of course, the copyright notwithstanding.

When I looked at your script I did actually try the \r in hopes that would be a solution. In my test here I used \u000D but it simply changed the text to that. What am I missing?

Load the files into a stack. File > Scripts > Load File Into Stack... Check the box for auto alignment attempt. Select all Layers. Select > All Layers.. Then export. File > Export > Layers To Files... Depending on how far out of alignment they may be you may need to crop into the stack to lose any transparency caused during the shifting when aligning.

Unfortunately Photoshop is not sophisticated enough to make this change. While there is a Find and Replace option in the Edit menu there is no means of entering a Return as the replaced item. You would need to employ a text editor, run the replacement there and then paste the text back to photoshop. That would eliminate the possibility of full Action within Photoshop.

The white artwork would need to be a shade darker than a white t-shirt. You could use a layer adjustment such as levels and change the output level for the highlights. Clip this adjustment to the artwork layer. (Cmd + Opt+G) This would require that the artwork be on a transparent layer or you will end up darkening the background white.

Aha. so perhaps it was introduced in CS6. With a little trial and more trial. dentenberg​ try this. Set your parameters and when you click the canvas, move the mouse (as if you were drawing freehand circle) just a pixel will do. No dialog and circle or shape at the size desired.

To maintain sharp edges apply the stoke to the inside. Though you will find the "inside" corners are now rounded. To achieve sharp edges all around you'll need a shape layer (with 2 overlapping shapes) and use the subtract from shape option. You can create the shape by choosing "convert to Shape" from the Type Menu item.

Dave, are you showing the subdivided version back in Photoshop? Does that cause any issues with PS in term of adjustments or additional rendering after the adjustments? Im thinking that if it cannot create such detail it wouldn't really handle it well when it gets it.

Are you sure the PROGRAM is installed on the external drive. This doesn't make a lot of sense. Ideally the PROGRAM would be installed on each machine and only the CATALOG and IMAGES would need to be on the external drive. If you do have the second of these two setups then I would go ahead and follow the instructions of uninstall and reinstall of the PROGRAM on the second MBA. If you have the first setup. Please explain why - Id be interested to know the advantage.
