I did some further testing and Quick Export only saves Copyright and Contact Info to the file metadata. Ratings, Color Label, keywords, etc. are not saved to the Quick Export output file. If you want that metadata to be included in the JPEG output file I suggest downloading the Image Processor Pro 3.2b5 script and install it. It has much more features and capability than the PS Image Processor. Just make sure Keep Original File is checked as shown below. If using Zoom to Fill it is a known bug as described in this post. If not using Zoom to Fill it may be as follows.   The Develop module Loupe view is in ProPhoto RGB color space (Melissa RGB). All other LrC modules use the narrower Adobe RGB color space. So if your image file has content outside Adobe RGB gamut you will see a reduction in color saturation when switching to the Print module. This has no effect on print and file output. Both the raw0028.tif file and raw0028.dng file look the same in LrC with over-saturated reds. How was the DNG file created and how was the tIF file created? If I look at the DNG file using XnView image viewer it appears correct with no over-satruated reds. I believe XnView is showing the embedded preview. I also tried RawDigger, which uses the raw image data and it appears correct without over-saturated reds. The HSL panel has eight color-specific controls (Red to Magenta). With a monochrome sampled area there is no Hue or Saturation component to modify. Adobe probably disabled the Luminosity control for monochrome sample area since it would simply move ALL eight color controls in unison. Just a guess! If you want to modify the luminsosity of a specific monochrome tonal range you can use the Color Range control (SHIFT + J). This also allows using a mask to restrict the area of applicaion. If you move or rename files and/or folders from outside LrC (using Explorer or Finder) LrC can no longer access the files. Right click on the top-level folder in LrC that cannot be found and select Update Folder Location. Find the folder on your desktop or where ever it was moved to and select it. This will reassociate the files with the LrC catalog. See if there is an Adobe Standard camera profile in the User folder at the below location. If so delete it, close and restart LrC, LR Desktop, LR Mobile apps and the 2nd Adobe Standard profile should now be gone. My guess is that these files were edited on the iPad or iPhone with an earlier version of Adobe Standard that was later replaced with a v2 Adobe Standard camera profile.
