Team Projects

We have a library containing swatches of approved colors. If a color needed to be changed, can anyone do this, or only the Admin?Are the local copies of the shared library automatically overwritten by changes to the primary copy, or must each individual user update their own copy of the library manually?Are there automatic notifications sent out when changes are made to a Library file/resource?What does an Admin see if they make changes?What does a User see if the Admin makes changes?What does a User see if they make changes?

I would like to create a team project and I would like to automatically copy all video files to my adobe-cloud-destination and also to create proxys to a subfolder named "proxy". So I've chosen under importaction: "Copy and create proxy". When put a video with drag and drop to the project window, the Media Encoder is creating a proxy. That's working finde. But Premiere is not copying the original video file. Instead it is creating a pprj-file to the adobe-cloud-destination. In this pprj-File is a sequence with the name of the original video an the original (not copied) version of the video. What I'm doing wrong? Hey gang! I am managing an (admittedly humongous) team project with three editors. I frequently encounter (in no particular order) the problems below. I am honestly unsure, if I am encountering bugs or simply limitations of what Team Projects can handle. I would appreciate any thoughts/advice/troubleshooting ideas. Thanks in advance!  Problem (s):1) Project loading time varies between 5 and 35 minutes with no discernible pattern. Most often it chokes on "Loading Team Project asset list decription" but variously on other steps as well.  2) Auto Saving often fails, prompting me to close and reopen the project in order to save my progress. In one case this has led to data loss because when it occurs sharing or getting changes is also impossible., so I have to manually copy my changes to a local project.  3) Sharing / receiving changes frequently fails, even when auto saving works. In these cases, the program may hang or crash when attempting either operation.

Hallo zusammenWir haben bis Mai 2022 mit Adobe Premium Pro 2021 unsere Videos geschnitten und bearbeitet. Jetzt haben wir Version 2022 und seit dann sind alle unsere bearbeitete Videos nicht mehr ersichtlich. Wir haben alle Videos in One-Drive gespeichert. Es sind nur noch Videos seit 07.04.2022 abrufbar Was könnte der Grund sein? 

I am part of an editing team working remotely and we regularly use Teams Projects. We deal with media that has captions built in and have noticed that if one user has the import captions on import checked on and another turned off that particular media filters into Unusable Media within the Media Management interface. I have tried many things to fix this including clearing all caches, deleting the local teams project hub and even uninstalling/reinstalling. The only way we have discovered that resolves the issue is to convert the project into a regular .pproj file and then re-convert to a teams project, but for a number of reasons this is not ideal for our team. Does anyone know a way to fix this or is there some place buried in the system library where the meta-data of the captions is stored that can be cleared out and reset the status of Premiere's relationship to the captions embedded within files? I've read the similar posts on this issue and can't find a fit.  Getting stuck 'Waiting for Team Project to Synchronize' on a previously successfully shared project. While I was typing this a message came up saying 'couldn't synchronize because of a network issue', prompting me to reopen the team project. Reopened but I'm back to the same 'waiting' window.  Have tried restarting, shutdowns and opening Premiere from the CC desktop app.   Appreciate any help with solving this or what the network issue might be. Thanks Ben

I'm tryint to undrestand what's the right way to setup the scratch disks for Team Projects. We collaborate using shared storage and Team Projects (almost exclusively Premiere). When I create the Team Project, should I set the scratch disks to my local drive or to the shared drive? What should the other collaborators/editors for the same project do regarding the scratch disks?  Thanks,

We are a team of 2. And working on after effects team project. On my PC I am unable to open the project as it keeps getting errors. I tried opening autosave error and it suggests opening a file that is saved 3 seconds before the current one. And that is frustrating as I have to keep hitting enter and the file isn't opening - why this issue is coming and is there is any way to look at the file it saves so that I can open from there without have to deal with bunch of requests

I am currently editing in a PP version V22.0. I have been using Team projects. I tried to open my project and it opened the "OPENING TEAM PROJECT" box. the top four details have loading statuses and remain that way. I have left a project "opening" for over 30 minutes now.    In my Creative Cloud app, there is a file syncing error as well. I have tried delteing my settings in my adobe folder but that has not helped. Someone who is also woring off a team project I created is experiencing the same issue.    Does anyone have any fixes?       [Moderator note: moved to Team Projects forum for best assistance.]

Hello y'all 🙂I have been working with Premiere Pro for a couple of years and recently came into contact with the Team Project feature. It works very well, however an error message keeps popping up for many projects.  I am using a MacBook Pro 2020 M1 and my work partner is using an HP Elitebook x360 1030 g7. I was working on a team project yesterday and this morning I wanted to continue working, but each time the same error message comes up with the code "Error code:-1609629695". I could not find anything on the website regarding such an error code.  Here is a german screenshot of it: after I click open it hangs here before returning to the error message:  I hope someone can help me. Hi, I am a high school teacher trying to see if I can have 2 or more students do a Team Project. I can't figure out: Does the source footage have to be on the CC Cloud in order for them to all access it? I have one student who converted a project to a team project, invited 2 others, but when those 2 others open the project, their workspace is empty. Hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

I have sent the email and it says they are invited ... but they have not received an email or a link to join the TEAM PROJECT. 

Hey there, I work in a production facility with 3 x editors working with Premiere Pro team projects.On some projects when i duplicate a sequence (Right click on sequence in bin and click duplicate)an error occurs explaining that my changes over the last 5 minutes havn't been saved and i need to reopen the project. I was wondering if anyone else here has had a similar error and if they knew how to fix it? It also, occurred with PP2021.I have tried trashing preferences,saving (versioning up) a new project, Reinstalling Premiere, Reinstalling creative cloud, and Logging out of my account and back in, but to no avail.Help me Obi-Wne! 

After moving some media around on the hard drive all of my media is located on for a Team Project, I expected Premiere to find my missing media when I relink via the "Edit > Team Project > Media Management" window. Under the "Offline: Missing Media Mapping" dropdown menu, I clicked edit media mappings, and moved the mapping to the correct location on the drive, but none of my media is reconnecting!This is a HUGE flaw in this system. For some reason it works great, until I move media AFTER it's been mapped.Am I doing something wrong? There's a lot of very important edits I'm missing now cause of this problem and need a solution ASAP!Thanks.

First off, ADOBE HAS THE MOST MISURABLE HELPLINE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I talked to no less than 8 people, all trying to transfer me to someone else until the last one just disconnected me alltogether. What a WORTHLESS ORGANIZATION!!!!!!!!!!! I hope someone here can help. My team project in Premiere Pro says "disconnected" with a little warning at the bottom left. I have NOT been unshared from the project. I can't find any instruction anywhere as to how to "re-connect" to the team project. This happened for no apparent reason after I've been sharing the same project for months. I'm using 22.2.0MacOS Big Sur 11.5.1 Can anyone PLEAAASE HELP as the Adobe Help Center is obviously worthless. Thank you!

Early in the week Adobe on my laptop informed me my CC subscription had expired (it hadn't, it is paid for by my boss who I checked with), so I logged out of CC, logged back in and all apps were available again. Sort of. I noticed in Illustrator and InDesign my Libraries were all gone. Now I just launched Premier to work on a Teams project and it doesn't even appear in the list anywhere. This was always my biggest fear with Teams in that I don't have my own copy somewhere. I looked in Libtary/Application Support/Adobe/Common... but that folder only contains a Plug-ins folder. No saved versions anywhere. I logged out of CC and logged back in but my project is nowhere to be found. Any suggestions? MacBook Pro v11.4. I have an Adobe Premiere Sequence that I'm working on as a Team Project.  I've added 4 collaborators.  I'd like to include an After Effects "Dynamic Link" in there.  I've added a text layer into the sequence and tried to convert that into an "After Effects Dynamic Link."  After effects will open up with my Text in there, but there is no connectivity.  The After Effects file can be worked on, but any changes will not be reverted back into the Premiere Sequence, like a Dynamic Link should.   Just wondering if anyone has been successful in this attempt.   [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]

So my friend and I are trying to work on a project together. We already uploaded the media to the creative cloud, so we both have the same footage. The only problem comes when we try sharing the changes made on the project. Once we hit, "Share changes", all we get is the shared footage into the media browser but not the changes we make into the timeline. In fact, the timeline is blank. Is there something we're doing wrong?

I am part of an enterprise account and premiere team projects that were shared with me are appearing empty. The owner of the project shared the team project with me and since then has left the company and the company deleted his account.  I can see the team projects but I can not open them. How can I get those files restored?

Hi there, We used to have 7 active licenses on Adobe Creative Cloud. Since some collegues have left our compagny, the owner of our CC subscription dicided to cancel our subscripton.But what will hapen to all the Team Pojects we've started in the past 2 years. Will they all be deleted? We can't find the team projects anywhere in our CC accounts.. We've thought about re-activing 2 of the 7 licenses, but we want to make sure that our older team projects will not be deleted. How can we manage this? Is there a possibility to download the team projects to a local harddrive? 

Hi, I´d been working on a team project for the last couple of days and, just a cuple of hours ago, I closed my project without saving. I hadnt really done a lot of work so it wasnt  a problme for me to do it again. The problem is that now that I re-opened my Ptremire program, the project no longer appears on my recent projects, OR ANYWHERE. The whole thing is gone, I cant even access a previous version from other days.I looked in the CC for my project but my account says I havent even shared or made any project recently, which isnt true since I have already completed other videos in the past with the same account, which I have shared with other people. Could someone please help me? Hello!We are currently working on a big project that we needed to convert into a Team Project, and after a very long "syncing" phase, the project works as expected... Except towards the end of the file syncing, we got an error for 9 files that were over 20GB (which i imagine is the limit).I decided to go to my partner's house to collect these files on a hdd, and them copy them manually in my local storage drive, with the rest of the project.Now the project opens and syncs as expected on both our systems. But, i still get the syncing error relating to these 9 overweight files...I there a way to include these files as "already synced" in cloud sync management, so as to clear taht error message from the cloud app ? Thanks !

Everytime my coworker and I share a team project, it shows up in the window for invites, but when I click on it, it says "Your collaboration invitation could not be found. It may have already been accepted, expired, or revoked by the sender" - Unless it's expiring right away, it keeps glitching. We can access past projects we've collaborated on, we just can't make any new team projects in Premiere Pro. It's not our work firewalls because I tried the same thing on my personal computer and got the same error. 

Hey all. New to the group. Long time Premiere editor of documentaries. So I've got a serious dilemma with my new project. I'm co-editing a lots-of-footage documentary with another editor on the other side of the country. He and I have done this before on other films, but we encountered lots of 'bloating' of the project as we sent each other project files, made changes, sent them back to the other, etc. The project file (and bin systems, with duplicate files) grew and grew until the project itself was too unwieldy to handle. It got really slow, choked up, etc. You know the deal.So...with this new project, we decided to try Team Projects in Premiere. It seemed like the perfect solution. We set it up and and cloned our hard drives and started early editing and things were going well until we hit the "auto-save" issue/error. Basically, you suddenly get an error saying "You haven't auto-saved in over 5 minutes." Well, long story short, auto-save is how the project gets saved in Team Project
