Team Projects

Hello. My team and I have a Team Project 1 in After Effects that we currently use for all of our titles/overlays. We are beginning a Team Project 2, but we want to use the currect compositions we already have in Team Project 1. When I select the comopistion I want to use and go to File>Dependencies>Collect Files, the "Collect Files" and "Reduce Project" are grayed out. Please help. If there is another way(s) to share the current compositions in TP1 to TP2 then please let me know. Thank you! 

I am working in collaboration with another editor on a documentary film. We have been working on multiple computers over the past few months. Recently, we noticed that there was something odd happening- the cuts were remaining the same in terms of length and place- but their contents were shifting half a second earlier. So, when someone was speaking, they would start on the second word, instead of the first. We thought it was a little bug and ignored it, tweaking all the shifts ourselves, hoping it wouldn't happen again.We are now in separate cities- working over Teams- and have encountered this issue. When my editing partner sends me premiere files, or shares edits, they open on my computer with that shift. On his computer they are right, but when I open them up on my computer they are off. I know you are now able to invite groups to a team project by syncing your Adobe Enterprise active directory...but can you invite multiple groups? For example...Group 1, Group 2, and Group 3 are all collaborating on a project. All three groups have their own separate Adobe Enterprise accounts and have synced their active directories. If a user from Group 1 creates a team project, can they invite Group 1, Group 2, and Group 3 as three separate groups?  If so, does the 150 person limit apply to the entire team project or to each group (for a total of 450 potential collaborators in the above example)?

We parted ways with an editor and his Adobe permissions were cancelled. Is there any way for me to archive the team projects that he started?

Hi there,is there a way to invite someone to create spark posts (projects) in a specific folder? I just found the option to invite someone for one single post (project). I use the full creative cloud plan (with all applicationts). Many thanks...

In the late stages of a team project with a deadline looming and having a lot of issues with Premiere Pro 2019 crashing.  Feeling the urge to switch the project to Premiere Pro 2020.  When attempting, I get a warning saying that sharing changes will not work for other team project members if I update.  Is there a way for all team project contributors to update to 2020 and have it work? Is there any risk?  I've searched online and forums and haven't found any helpful answers. Anxiety level starting to creep up! Ha.

Hi there! I can't accept changes in my team project. The arrow in the bottom left hand are not highlighting to except changes and the option isn't avilable in the drop down either. This is the error I'm getting. 

Is it possible to sync a specific folder in Adobe Cloud with a specific repository on Bitbucket without having to revert to having a dedicated server running a continous sync job manually between the two ? E.g. via API or otherwise?The option to have a machine running 24-7 to do so is viable but a build in supported option would be preferable.

Hi, Everytime my co-editor share changes with me in a Team Project I ahve to restart the app to see and get his changes. If I share changes with him, it all works like normal and there's no problem at all. I've tried to reinstall the app and we both run the same version and OS. It is really frustrating, anyone has a clue on what might causing this?

Ever since installing CC 2020, I have been unable to share my changes in team projects, whether they're team projects that were created before or after the update. I continue to get the following error message: I am unable to even exit the project without sharing my changes--I have to force quit the application, therefore losing all of my work. This basically makes Premiere entirely unusable for me in my office. Please advise!

Since 1 month our team can't synchronize or properly use CC Libraries!Libraries are one of the reasons why we have opted for "Creative Cloud".And that we pay for it!We do not find the necessary help or any answers to our problem.Please, do not refer me to anywhere on the Community!We have read and try all the possible threads and links on the subject, but the problem remains.Has any body the same problem? Or a real solution?We can't work as a Team with Adobe Creative Cloud for the moment!  

I have enabled project locking in Premiere Collaboration Settings, but the lock icon is not showing up in projects at the bottom left. Am I missing something?

Hi guys, new to the forums and hopeful of some help from the professionals I updated Premiere Pro yesterday (2017.1.1 release) and the software hangs when trying to log into Team Projects.Earlier I was able to load the projects without any issues but the content seemed to be locked in "Read Only" mode.I haven't come across this issue before, and I've been searching the forums and google for similar problems, but to no avail.Thanks guys,Shaun

We are facing lots of issues with the essential graphics when using a team project for Premiere Pro 2020 (14.0).1) When anyone shares a timeline with the group, the other people in the project can't see the graphics that were created. The graphic clips have lines and appear "offline".There's no way to link the media. Right clicking to "link media" doesn't work, and you can't "replace with footage" because the graphics don't exist as a clip of video or an image in your project folder. We've tried the file management way, but it's the same issue as what I just mentioned. 2) If I use an essential graphic that has responsive design to preserve the in/out transitions, it's supposed to be able to stretch or shrink and preserve the "protected regions" of the in/out transitions. Everything works fine as it should. I can stretch/shrink the graphic clip to any length. But as soon as I close and re-open the team project, the graphic reverts back to it's original timing. The cl

Hi there, may I aks you a question about Team Project.I created a new account (new Adobe ID) running the test version (7 days trial).My working college invited me to a premiere cc - team project, but I don't find it when I open up Premiere.I got the message of inivtation in the CC-App but as mentioned, I can't find any project to join when opening premiere. My question: Is this due to the trial version or have I missed something?? Thx,Michael

Hello everyone,I think I have discovered an export bug in the latest Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder 13.1.5 versions. Test scenarios: 1. Create a Team Project2. Import TGA (with alpha) sequence into bin3. Create any sequence you want and add the TGA sequence (can be also create new sequence from clip)4. Export any format you want using Adobe Media Encoder (Queue)5. Your export will be the first frame of your footage, on its whole duration  1. Create a normal project2. Import TGA (with alpha) sequence into bin3. Create any sequence you want4. Export any format you want with Adobe Media Encoder (Queue) Exporting with "direct export" works in both scenarios. Any tips? Thank you!

Having issues with an After Effects comp (team project) updating in Premiere (also a team project).  Basically would like it to update once changes are made without having to re-import the project and comp each time.  Need to have different pieces of the comp on the lower layers, and some on the higher layers, so bringing them in each time an update is made wastes a lot of time, as does rendering each comp out every time and just replacing the footage with the new version, which is what we have been doing.  Anyone have a solution?

Why do I have to pay a separate price just to get team collab when I pay for creative cloud already?

Hi- We've been working in Team Projects for over a year now on a very large documentary project. It's been more or less fine (other than minor problems) up until now. Today suddenly when we restarted much media was missing. Both IMAC systems running Sierra 10.12.6, and PP 12.1.2.We're not networked, working with cloned drives.  We shared changes last night before shutting down and the same media is offline on both system. The weird thing is that as far as I can tell, the only media that's missing is footage that's been cut into the sequence in the past week or so. But it's not all of the the new footage in the sequence, only some. Some of the offline media is footage that was recently brought into the project, some's been there for the past year. All is relinkable, but only as a super tedious manual relinking. I can't seen to get it to relink anything using the search function. I have to locate it myself. Grrrrr. Any and all suggestions on why this happened and how to prevent
