Using the Community

Recently I am always logged out when I close my browser. (Chrome).It doesn't ask my password so I assume the cookie was successfully written but nevertheless when I close the browser I have to sign in again next time I use the forum.In the past I was automatically logged in but that is no more the case.What could have caused this?

I have older versions of software which I have upgraded on line. If i sell the old versions and do the licence transfer will the new owner have access to the upgraded versions.

Please mention the best software programs to be purchased to create a book from scratch and to send it via email PDF.The book will have audio available for each paragraph...to be read by the author.

Once a freelancer stops hosting a client's site through their Creative Cloud Account, how does the client continue to edit their site? Do they need their own CC account or does the site have to be hosted on a BC plan?

When I type in the link where it used to be (http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/video_workshop/), it forwards to the Adobe Inspire website! Here's a non-Premiere question:  Adobe told me to change my password for some unknown reason. To do so I had to give them my new email address so they could contact me. Then they gave me a new user name "hurrange" which I believe is someone elses user name. I phoned a helpline which charged me £22 to change the user name back to Tim flippance but with a lower-case f on the second word. Now I find that I cannot gain access to my past history because Adobe thinks I am a new user because the old stuff is under Tim Flippance.  Can anyone sort this out?  Thanks.

After opening web pages from Adobe sites, they are refreshing by itself after loading the page.Do you experience it as well?

Why is it that after adding a profile photo to an account the profile photo in the posts is still lthe one without the photo?

I am no longer receiving email notifications from the Photoshop Forum, even though my settings are unchanged. Why not? How am I supposed to know when someone responds to my post?

I am set to receive forum notifications. I have nothing from Adobe in junk or trash. I receive nothing.It would be an incredible help if I could actually see the responses I get to questions in a timely manner, but I can't check into Adobe many, many times a day to check. Hopefully they have finally fixed the sign-in  John posted a Notice about  the new sign in system  I guess to fix any lingering problems of the recent system Break in. And to stop all of the strange Jive SBS errors the last few days.Well I had a Run in with the change. First I was signed out.I went through the empty cache.Delete Cookies.restart web browser 5 or 6 timesThis time when clicked sign in I was taken to sign in Page. But it got stuck in an endless loop so I got out of the Page, marked the thread I was Read as unread. Went on to do other things and came back in about 1/2 hour  this time when I signe in it took. Hope its stick for about 10 years anyway.
