When I want to report spam, I use a bookmark that takes me to the first message in the Spam forum. If I click on the "Reply" button of this first message, I get the box for writing my report, but the "last" message above it is #49. not the #282 which is the last at the time of wrinting this:When posted, my report appears where it should, but this is annoying. I have observed this for some time now -at least for some weeks- but I had not noticed how annoying it is until Sunday, when I had to post many times there.This happens in Firefox/Mac, but I have just checked and it also happens in Safari/Win 7. And it also happens in other long threads: trying to reply to their first message takes me below message #49, not below the last.Also, if I click on the Latest Reply button instead, I am at least taken to the last page of the thread, but not to the last message.Anyone else?

Hello!I'm in process of opening a small video production studio. Wanting to make everything legal, I went to check prices of Adobe software.Here in Croatia, where I'm located, Adobe Production Premium 5.5 is priced at 15.000 Kuna, which is cca. $3.000. Then I checked Adobe online store and found same package at price of $1.700. But when I wanted to buy it, it was available only to US.So, can anyone explain me why I have to pay almost double the price for same piece of software? And why isn't it available online for me to buy at $1.700?As I found out by little research, average salary in US in 2010/2011. is around $70.000 which comes out around $5.800 a month. Do you know what is average monthly salary in Croatia? Aprox. 5.500 Kn which is $1.000. So, while someone in US can buy three Adobe packages in one month, I have to work three months to buy one.Also, when I contacted our BSA and asked if I could buy software in US, import it and pay taxes for it, they said "No!". I like to have my email address visible to registered users.With the old forum, that worked.With the new software, I go to my Profile, click on Edit forums profile & privacy, choose Privacy Settings, and set profile field Email as visible to Registered Users.Click Save. Logout. Log back in, check the field, and it has reverted to Yourself.What gives? Why can't I make my email address visible?I'm not worried about spam, I get so much that there's no danger of it becoming measurably greater.Does this work for anyone else?Thanks!

Uhoh.Over in InDesign Scripting, in post #24 of  Re: [JS] Menu Added via Scripting Moves, Harbs noted that my prior post (#23) didn't show up in the web interface. Presumably because he got in email. I got the emails for Harbs' two posts, but when I looked in the web interface, they didn't appear either.I was using adobe-vm-wa06.sgvm2hosted.jiveland.com according to my jive.server.info cookie. Dropping cookies and reloading the page fixed it. Has anyone else seen this, and what do we do other than "tell Jive it's still an issue"?

I am not getting a Reply button in messages on the Reader forum. I have tried in Firefox/Mac,  Explorer/Win and Safari/Win; latest versions of all browsers and OSs.Have all the threads in that forum been closed, have I been banned in that particular forum, or is this some new and general problem?

Hello Everyone,I have a question regarding how to isolate the the channels of audio recorded in a camera. I have the camera mic to record nat sound on channel 1, a stick mic into channel 2. When I bring in the clip from the hard drive I recorded to, the clip comes in in mixed. In other editing software I have used, it would come in with a video clip, and 2 audio clips, 1 for each channel. When I turn the balance I can iso the stick mic, but it will only play on the right channel. I guess what I am asking is how can I get what I recorded from the stick mic on channel 2 to play on both channels? I am sorry if this doesn't make sense, but I am still refreshing my Premiere skills. Thank you.

This is the most heavy spam attack I have seen here. I have reported in the Spam thread, and using repeatedly the Report Abuse button, but the spam messages are already filling up to the fourth page of the list of topics on the Reader forum,making it unusable.http://forums.adobe.com/message/4076295#4076295I know that it is Saturday evening, that mods are not paid, and all that but, is there nobody there who can do something about this?

Where did the setting to change the font in which the body of text in Adobe forums posts end up?  I'm referring to the forums preference that allows this, not the browser's.In two different browsers, where the settings are identical, FireFox is using what appears to be the hated Helvetica, while Safari is using my preferred Verdana.  Verdana is set in the preferences of both browsers, and I can't find the forum setting to change it.  I don't find it anywhere in Your Stuff, Preferences or anywhere else.  Where is it hiding from me?Puzzled and doubting my soundness of mind (wisecracks tolerated, under the circumstances).____________Wo Tai Lao Le我太老了

so... Report Bugs for Photoshop has now been migrated to Photoshop.com? All they have is a "problem" comment box. Is that the only place to log a bug?

I have noticed a few posts that start off with Assumed Answered in the original post.  Don't know if the person checked the box by mistake, or a glitch in Jive.Anyone else notice this?

This is probably the dumbest question ever posted on this forum but I have to ask... Why is it that everytime I try to copy/paste regular text it won't let me? A pop-up box appears with several insert options such as "insert table" "Insert Link" etc. Only if I click HTML in the right-hand corner does it let me paste, except that then, I have to deal with al the HTML code. What gives? Thanks

I have made  several comments on an Acrobat PDF. Now I would like tell Acrobat 8 to save the file including making all the comments permanent, i.e. showing no comments but with the comments as part of the original document. Is this possible? I'm running Acrobat Professional on a Macintosh.

Hello, I have been trying to login to my Adobe account tonight without any success. I had to use my other account instead to post this message. I have tried to reset my password but I am still unable to login.Adobe ID and password do not match. Everyday at night I see something like this in these forums:I simply can't understand why is it that the Month is in some different language.  My browser and my system is based on UK English but this is really driving me crasy because I tend to look at date/time whenever I post and this doesn't make sense.The above picture is taken from DW forum.Thanks.

The forums are acting up again for me.  Often (but not always) when I post in a thread, I get a "Please Wait" message.  The forums seem to just hang there.  I can go to the top and navigate back to the forum I'm in, after clicking on Leave Page.  My posts are always present and intact so it seems that the actual post goes through as it should, but the forums are hanging up when it comes to reloading the page.Anyone else seeing this?

I am not able to login to Adobe forums nor read any of the forum poststoday here in cold Sunday night in London, England. The time is 21:33 GMTThe only way to post anything is by email and that too is not reliablebecause the messages are trimmed if there is some html/css code withlinks to outside websites.Hope the engineers can rectify this quickly.
