Using the Community

On Adobe Forum somehow my login got switched to a different user account and I cannot change back to my normal account. When I log out then back in the login window appears briefly then takes me right into the unwanted account. I've deleted saved passwords, but I'm still unable to login MANUALLY, to a different user account. What am I doing wrong? 

when browsing communities and selecting a topic, it gets reset when navigating to the next page.  example in  Illustrator Community, I click on the sdk button on the top right corner and the topics get filtered, but there are more on the next page. so i click on the next page and "sdk" is no longer selected and i'm again looking at all topics. so then i have to click on sdk again. and if i want to go to the following page, then i must filter once again.

Hello-   I've updated my Adobe primary email account, yet the account for Adobe Support Community is still showing my old email. Is there any way to update or close this account?   Thank you

I am no longer being notified by email when someone replies to my posts. Used to work but not since the new interface. I checked the notification section of my profile and all seems fine. Any clues anyone?

All, I recently was PMd from someone in Germany (I assume; the question was in German) asking about PDF stuff in ColdFusion.  I attempted to reply, but when I hit the submit button, I got a message (see screencap) that I've reached the limit of PMs that I can send.     Can we, please, go back to Jive?  Or something else that is intuitive and works?   V/r,   ^ _ ^

Just tried to post about a what looks like a bug in LR 9.1 but couldn't post message. But I did received lots of malformed response emails from Adobe. Windows has just updated a couple of days ago but having no issues with other sites or emails.Any one else experiencing odd behaviour with the forums?

Hello,Each time I need to edit a message on this community, I can't. I always get the message : Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied. Of course, this happens even if I don't change anything in the message. Any help? Thanks.

I know there are many posts about this and I don't care. Somebody had to approve of the UX for this new (semi-new at this point) forum design and it's nothing short of frustrating. Pretty much breaking all the core rules for UX. You're killin' me. Please be responsive to the user requests. This is an important forum that has many years of equity. Hi Team,I am embedding Microsoft PowerBI into the adobe experience manager(6.4) website using maven dependency to add jars of Microsoft. But I am getting this error (com.microsoft.aad.adal4j -- Cannot be resolved) at Adobe Experience Manager Web Console Bundles. On my local machine, it is working as expected. Can someone explain to me why Google chrome is displaying the messages at the top of the forum this way? Really irritating.  

Last Friday, 5th Dez, I was trying to sign in when opening Adobe Reader when a message came up saying "...must reser password for security reasons...". I don't know the exact thing that was written but that covers it. I first refused and tryed to find something on the web. Yeah, all I got was "how to resert password" instead on every search engine I tryed. Even here on Adobe I found nothing that users occasionally could get messages to resert their passwords for security resons. So I HAD to reset it to post here where I hopefully will get facted-based answers.The mail I recieved the link to reset was account-noreply@adobe.com. By the way, I didn't ask Adobe to change/reset it. And I didn't see anything in the settings where this was an option.

  こんばんは。 Community Helpの投稿で気になる投稿がありました。 旧フォーラムにあった「回復」機能要望 新フォーラムになって、作成中の文書が保存されなくなった、というものです。   確かに新規投稿の時には(よほど短時間でない限り)新フォーラムでも自動保存され、 ロードが可能なことが確認できました。 しかしながら、返信に対しては自動保存が機能していないようです。 タイムアウトになったり、せっかく作成した返信が水の泡になってしまうことも多々あります。 返信時の回復機能の実装を切に願います。   2019/12/13追記 返信がリッチテキストエディタになってから、最初に作成中の返信は保存されていないようです。 1行返信時代の時と同じく、途中まで作成してからその返信を編集するときは保存されていますので、 100％保存機能がなくなったわけではないのでタイトルを変更します。   #nihon

Hi all,My name is Sno Erika Carnevali and I'm new to the adobe forms.  I am having a couple of issues:1.  I want to keep my mini bio empty, but when I hit save after deleting whatever was in my mini bio, the mini bio still has the information there as if I never deleted it, even though it confirmed that I have emptied my mini bio.2.  I would like my username to display in the forms rather than my first and last name.  How would I be able to view it as a username rather than my first and last name when I am logged in? For the last few days, IIRC since the Dec 03 upgrade/date, the forums are loading slower and slower.It is not my computer or connection as everything else Inet is fine.

Just noticed that when your on page 2 of a thread clicking on the back button doesn't go back to the previous page which should be page 1 it stays on page 2 Tested on both Firefox and Internet Explorer

A nice option to have would be a "hide" or "minimize" flag in sub forums. For example, I'm often in the Premiere forum trying to help people. Say I come across a post that I simply do not have an answer for. I'd like to be able to "hide" this post so that it no longer shows for me. When I'm scrolling though posts, I don't want to constantly see posts I cannot answer. Being able to hide a post would be a very useful tool for ACPs or anyone tryin to navigate these forums more efficiently.

This new forum has one bug of how many people has viewed perticular thread...Recently I posted a thread and I got know about this bug. View is not depending on how many people has viewed that thread, It depends on how many times that pages is loaded or reloaded.I tested it by being on same page within quick time I refereshed more that 100 times. And every time I refresh this thread I use to see view counter++ .Number of times page is loaded view counter goes on increasing independent of number of user.Thanks.....Sunil

I have no option to "ask a question" within the PSE Elements forum.  How do I go about doing this??  Yes, I am signed into my account. Adobe doesn't provide any support for this product, yet they make it impossible to attempt to get help via a forum too.  Sorry, but I shouldn't have to scour the internet, YouTube and the Adobe site just to figure out how to ask a question on a product you sold.  It should not be this difficult.  Really makes me not want to upgrade to 18, which was the entire reason for this quest.

Are you serious ADOBE ?! Don't you have a live chat ?! Is your Connection a dial Up till now?!   Weak up Adooobe we e in 2019 !!
