For the past hour I've been getting an "unavailable" error message when trying to log into AdobeSend. Is this my new Firefox 57 browser problem, or is it really down?Greg
I have NEVER experienced such a user_Unfriendly Forum in the 15 years I have been using the internet and forums. This is like pulling teeth from a chicken!!! The creators should look through other forums and check out how user friendly they are and redevelop this whole complicated system in place now!!![Title edited for question clarity and future forum search... I have tried to set this up but I confess to being confused by the email options in the settings. I've tried several of them but I still get email from everyone who posts questions that tends to clutter up my inbox. I only want to get email from those who respond to my questions. How do I set that up?
The other day I received a private e-mail. I was not able to answer at that time. Now, several days later, I cannot figure out how to find this e-mail here at the Adobe Communities. Someone please tell me how I can find a private e-mail.
I am looking for the Team Projects forum. But it's not in the list when I try to find it in the "All Forums" menu at the top Adobe Forums page.Maybe this is because it seems to be a sub-forum of the Premiere Pro forum. But you can use Team Projects in After Effects, Media Encoder, and Prelude, too.Is it possible to add the Team Projects forum to the top-level list?Team ProjectsThanks,Christian
How do I access my tools? Do I need to go into the internet? It doesn't let me use my tools from my account page

Hello Everyone.I have added a Discussion In Premiere Pro, and I don't see It. What Should I Do ?Thank You Very Much[Moved by a moderator out of the After Effects forum and into a forum help forum]
This is basically a resurrection of https://forums.adobe.com/message/9165817#9165817The accepted answer to that thread seems to be "Yes, Adobe is aware of this problem, and won't fix it." This means that Adobe's forums will never be able to send out any email notifications to mail servers that respect SPF records to protect against spoofing, and this includes my corporate email system.I'll have to check back on this post because I won't be receiving any email notifications when someone replies to it.
I create this item and found it with a google search while searching for a solution.http://www.4cnd.com/adobe-reader-11-7-1-on-android-and-using-search-on-a-76-0mb-file-ZmgMgO1P.html The issue is still outstanding. When I clicked the button to view all 3 replies, I landed on a sign in page. I signed in using the same info I used to create the item in the above link.I signed in and got a message in a red bordered box saying that the site was restricted. So the question to the forum is: How do I look at my own posts or the reply to this question?
Why? There is no reason noted. If there is a reason please let me know so I can fix my post.
I was just looking at the list of recent discussion, but there's only a dozen or so listed, and I don't see a way to view older posts? Can someone tell me how to do that? It would be useful, as I often look at older posts to learn from them.Regards, David.
Please delete ignore last digit post as I found a solution.
Hello there. My name is Colin Flashman, a poster on this forum for the past ten years or so. I'd like to request a feature to be added to the forums, and that is a prompt for the original poster to mark an answer as correct if they have replied in the positive to an answer to their original query. For example.Poster A asks how to close an InDesign file with a keyboard shortcut.Poster B provides a solution "try Command + W"Poster A replies "great, that worked, thanks!" but does NOT mark his question as answered correctly.outcome -Poster A receives the correct information but Poster B does not receive any community points for providing the correct response. This has happened to me plenty of times. I'm sure if I received community points for providing correct answers where answers back to me were given in the affirmative but not marked as answered, I'd be hundreds of more community points ahead. That aside, marking an answer as correct also shows people asking similar questions that in fact
Attached is a short video that demonstrates the problem with this software. Is there any scheduled fix or any progress made on this issue as it has been persistent for years and simply changing to another browser is both unacceptable solution and a rude suggestion, to begin with. Adobe should change to different software if they can't do better than this.
I just posted a question on the Photoshop forum. I'm viewing the forum interface in English, and I asked my question in English. But then I got an email in German, which I think is telling me that a moderator approved my post. Is anyone else having this trouble? I'm not new to the forums, but this is the first time this has happened.
Receiving error message "One or more files could not be uploaded. Please try again". I get this message on three different computers using different ISP's. I get this message on every file I attempt to send using (send and track) on adobe. Have attempted to send a file which I successfully have sent in the past with the same results? Any ideas as to what could be the problem after having successfully sent the same type of files over the past six years?
It is possible that our Translation services may be impacted by a planned Power shutdown from 4 pm PT Friday, Sept 29 to 4 pm PT Sunday, Oct 1. Unfortunately we weren't informed for sure if this will be impacted or not, but wanted to give you a heads up in case. Sorry for the gamble!Have a great weekend!-Madison
This forum is maddeningly convoluted and complicated. I've just updated my profile but it says "You haven't updated your status yet" but doesn't offer a clue as to how to do it, I've searched the page to find out where I update it and found nothing.I tried to "Ask a better Question" and got that "Access Restricted message...contact you Administrator" and, again, no clue as to how to do that!I've wasted an hour of my time trying to get the Help I need but have been blocked at every turn, this forum is not at all intuitive; I don't have these kinds of problem with other forums, and I'm on a lot of them. So I don't think it's me. I hate to sound snarky but I'm really frustrated by how much time I've put into sorting this out, so I can get to posting the problem I'm dealing with. I did do a search of the forum and found a thread that dealt with my issue, but when I tried to respond I was, once again, blocked by a "message archived" and "Open original message" did no
Was/is there a way to change the theme of the forums or are we just going to have to wait for Adobe to tell whoever maintains these forums to tone down the white balance? Jesus Christ it's like looking at the sun >_<
