Using the Community

When I visit the Photoshop Forum, I land on the "All Content" tab, but the most recent message is from Sunday evening. Going to the "Discussions" tab shows the newest posts properly. This happens on all my computers and phone.

Those forums have been a great resource for many over the years.But it looks as though this is no longer a place, for us who came from the old age, where we can discuss our matters. Has Adobe really defined a position: Either walk with us in our new CC policy, or die? …Wondering if there is another place where for instance Golive matters can still be discussed?Any suggestions?Thanks.Paul(please leave this thread here for at least a little while before archiving it, to give it a chance to be answered!)

Like everyone else I receive approved messages for my posts replying to a new poster. I have taken that post delay for granted as part of the cannot fight forum routines.The other day, I received my first and only reject for one of my posts. There was nothing different or wrong about this post. No reason for it to be rejected. The bizarre part of this, the rejection was for one of my posts posted about 2 weeks earlier, was approved then, exists in the thread to this day, and even was marked correct answer.So, my question is "Who do I ask why - a live moderator or an automatic device?"ATR

Just a general gripe about Adobe's User Experience. I couldn't find out where to mark my earlier question as "answered" but I did find out how to "Follow" myself. So that's helpful.

I need to create files in wich audio and video are perfectly synchronized . The problem is that when I export and run them, they are out of sync . Maybe it's a problem with my computer, or maybe the graphics card, or simply the sotware. This is my PC : Inte Core i5-3337U CPU 1.80 GHz , 6 GB RAM , Nvidia GeForce GT 740M .Thank you.

I keep getting an error message when I try to reply to a post.  It says "your content can not be saved due to an eror.  You may have logged out.  If this problem persists contact your sytem administrator."  Since this is my first forum, i do not know what to do about this.  Some of my replies do go through.  I tried sending a shorter post but I still get this message.  Can anyone help me with this?Thanks alot              Janet

Getting this drop down all the time last few days. Why? How can I/Adobe fix this?PSAdobe if you are listening, please replace the low-functional-quality dropdown Account and Create menus in top right hand corner of forums webpage. Page has to reload the elements every time a page is refreshed. This is pretty dumb design and annoying to sit through every time I want to get somewhere. Also having the Inbox and Activity link not link to either my Inbox or my Activity is pretty dumb too. I have to parse the page for what to click on to get to them each time I come back. Also there's a general lack of consistency about the UI in general. There's also edit, delete and other options in a sidebar on the Right Hand Side of the page sometimes. But I can't find how to get to one of those pages ATM.

After around 2 hours, I have no way of getting help. First session was ended (not by me) having waited 20 minutes. This process repeated over last 2 hours. I noted case numbers  each time.

Does anybody know how I can leave some feedback about the Swedish localization of this forum? There are a couple of quite non-professional errors that should be corrected.

Do Sends to a Bus track work during live recording? My Bus meter doesn't move on recording, but works in playback.

I haven't been monitoring the forums since shortly after the Creative Cloud was launched. I was disappointed when I re-visited the Photoshop forum today. I was interested in seeing if the top posters from back then were still active, but I couldn't find a top poster list for the PS forum. There seems to be one for the Forum Comments forum. Has this feature been removed or only hidden from the PS forum?The forums seem to be more user unfriendly than they used to be.

Hi FolksI need to contact customer services as I need to make an official complaint, so far I have talked to a member of the customer service staff via live chat and they could not help, so they gave the following email address:custcare@adobe.com which I have emailed now a few times and they wont reply. I have also emailed: C Anish [canis@adobe.com] and again they have not replied. Has anyone else had a real problem and could not get through to the right people? What can I do in this situation? It seems that I can speak to a number of different people in Adobe who are very helpful when I want to purchase but when its a problem I just hit a wall!!Can anyone give me some help in this?Thanks

Who has silently, without any notice, removed a number of posts from this thread?I had a post there that said basically the same as normfb's "correct answer" - and it's removed, just like that. Poof.What's going on here? This is the second time. The first one I let pass without comment, but now it's beginning to look like censorship.
