Now here I have the banner allowing images to be posted but why do I not have it when responding to the Inbox like below:
I had a scammer contact me and was asking for my username and password. They messaged me using the account Customer Care Desk! on the forums. Please deactivate the account before someone gets taken! Thanks!
After around 2 hours, I have no way of getting help. First session was ended (not by me) having waited 20 minutes. This process repeated over last 2 hours. I noted case numbers each time.
I have been a little frustrated with the forums and getting to the inbox quickly. If anyone else is finding this an annoyance this may be a solution.I use Chrome and it has an addon called tampermonkey.this should also work with firefoxes addon, greasemonkey.here is the very simple script I have written to give me a link straight to my forum inbox. // ==UserScript== // @name Adobe Forums Inbox Link // @version 0.1 // @description adds a link directly to your inbox // @author Qwertyfly // @match https://forums.adobe.com/* // ==/UserScript== var Qitem = document.createElement ('li'); Qitem.innerHTML = '<a href="/inbox" class="j-globalNavLink j-ui-elem" role="menuitem"><span class="nav-link">inbox</span></a>'; Qitem.setAttribute ('id', 'myButton1'); Qitem.setAttribute ('class', 'active j-globalNav-l
Does anybody know how I can leave some feedback about the Swedish localization of this forum? There are a couple of quite non-professional errors that should be corrected.
Do Sends to a Bus track work during live recording? My Bus meter doesn't move on recording, but works in playback.
I haven't been monitoring the forums since shortly after the Creative Cloud was launched. I was disappointed when I re-visited the Photoshop forum today. I was interested in seeing if the top posters from back then were still active, but I couldn't find a top poster list for the PS forum. There seems to be one for the Forum Comments forum. Has this feature been removed or only hidden from the PS forum? The forums seem to be more user unfriendly than they used to be.
Hi FolksI need to contact customer services as I need to make an official complaint, so far I have talked to a member of the customer service staff via live chat and they could not help, so they gave the following email address:custcare@adobe.com which I have emailed now a few times and they wont reply. I have also emailed: C Anish [canis@adobe.com] and again they have not replied. Has anyone else had a real problem and could not get through to the right people? What can I do in this situation? It seems that I can speak to a number of different people in Adobe who are very helpful when I want to purchase but when its a problem I just hit a wall!!Can anyone give me some help in this? Thanks
This thread has been "sanitized" by someone for unknown reasons: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1970440I had a post in that thread that said basically the same as the one marked "correct". And it's just been wiped out, along with several other posts. There was nothing offensive in there, so that's not it. What's going on? And more importantly, why? This is the second time I see it in only a few weeks. Is censorship becoming official policy?

Who has silently, without any notice, removed a number of posts from this thread?I had a post there that said basically the same as normfb's "correct answer" - and it's removed, just like that. Poof. What's going on here? This is the second time. The first one I let pass without comment, but now it's beginning to look like censorship.
I use the Content view of the forum, with sort order set to Sort by latest activity, newest first. This particular view is now stuck, with the posts all jumbled. The exact same thing happened to the Lightroom forum some weeks ago, but was eventually fixed.
Hi all,As most of you have seen, we've experienced some very severe issues with spam in the past year or so. In order to fight the spam and take some of the burden off of our Moderators & Admins, we installed a spam plugin a few months ago to help prevent the spam from being posted. It has been really successful so far, but one pain point is that it sends all users post through its spam catching filter. We're working on setting limits on the content that gets sent into the filter (i.e, Adobe Employees, users with more than 10 points, MVPs, Mods, Admins, etc), but for now you may notice that some of your posts (especially including images, links, HTML) may get caught in moderation. We have 24/7 staff coverage of the moderation queue so it shouldn't take more than a few minutes for your post to get approved. We're also working on getting some links (adobe.com, helpx, etc) whitelisted so they never get sent through the filter. Please let me know if you have any questions at all,Madison

Is it possible to have Spell Check stay on, once you turn it on?If not, is there a way to let your post use the browser's Dynamic Spell Check?I often write a post, click Post, then realize I forgot to Spell Check (because I'm used to Dynamic Spell check, which doesn't work when you are writing a post).
I'm finding it difficult to understand the reason behind not allow all users of this system to add ideas. Can someone please explain?
Is Adobe seriously trying to distance itself from the web development community? Seems like everyday Adobe makes yet another move to alienate web developers... first removing server behaviors, then forcing CC via the cloud, then dropping extension manager, now forcing add-ons through the cloud via a very un-intuitve process. Even more frustrating, is that every move is made with less and less user-inuitiveness. My company decided this morning to uninstall and remove all Adobe products from our systems because they have had it with their crazy new paradigm and horrible customer support. Now I'm stuck with having to resource Unix alternatives (some of which are actually pretty neat - at least installing them was.)I am now realizing why there is such an increase in Adobe spam in my email - they're losing market share because of their total lack of customer concern. I can't wait for the Adobe-hype esponse to my comments - although I seriously doubt if they even read these forums anymore.I
can i change my email(Adobe ID), I has changed but it's can't. can somebody tell me how to change My Adobe ID Email, Please?
Bonjour Je voudrais savoir comment faire pour signer mes photos.
Hi,I would request the administrator to delete the thread Mettle FreeForm Pro techniques - how to use freeform comp as nested comp & how to get rid of white box around distortion urgently. I need to delete these because of complains regarding copyright infringements of artworks. I am not allowed to post the works and the words. Please do the needful at the earliest so that I am spared.Thanks.
I realize that the Jive technology can't ask users to answer questions before they post, but it would be MASSIVELY helpful (and hopefully simple) to add some text above (or below) Start a Discussion to this effect: * Please include your Adobe software version and platform (Mac or Windows) in the description. Help is more accurate when we know that up front. Sample implementation screen shot below. (I added the text under the checkbox to mark discussion as a question.) This would eliminate TONS of [daily] back and forth — between people asking vague questions, and those of us trying to help (with little to no info.) Posters may not do it, but at least we are asking when they create the question. This would avoid moderators needing to immediately ask "What version and what operating system?" before we can suggest a fix.Yesterday I tracked 19 posts that I answered, replied to, or read. Only 5 out of 19 mentioned the Adobe software version or computer platform. Of those 5, only 3 mentioned
Is there a way to get someone on an Adobe team (Product Manager, Engineer, etc.) to look at a Forum thread, to accelerate it? I've been monitoring (and trying to help with) this Photoshop issue for about a week now. One of the people commenting (and having the speed issue with Photoshop CC 2015) is a lead designer from Starbucks. (I removed his personal info from the email reply, but I know who he is.) Photoshop 2015 CC running slow (ISSUE)https://forums.adobe.com/message/7974876?et=watches.email.thread#7974876
where do I get the link to all of my posts?
We need a computer geek over in the Adobe Digital Editions forum. Questions on what to do when a downloaded e-book will not transfer to our e-reader have gone unanswered since 2014. Thanks!
