Wenn ich in PSE 11 Editor arbeite reagieren die Einstellungen jeglicher Art zeitverzögernd von gefühlten 1-2 sec. Beispiel : In der 100% Ansicht Leertaste gedrückt halten und mit Maus das Bild verschieben. Dauert immer ein Moment bis ich die Aktion durchführen kann.Das nervt!!! Es kommt auch vor wenn ich in einem Arbeitsschritt den OK Button drücke das sich erst nach dem 2.Klick etwas rührt. Was kann das sein? Neuer Aktueller 3,4 GHZ Mac mit 16GB RAM. Batterien von Tastatur und Maus sind 100%voll. Es läuft keine weitere Anwendung. Voreinstellungen im Editor stehen auf 70% Speicherauslastung.

Hi,I'm trying to install Creative Cloud. I've received a user guide... I used to sign in with my user name, but since the login requires a valid email address, I have had to create a new account (alpshiker1) to access the discussions. Now I can't get in touch with my former ID (alpshiker). The manage ID page doesn't let me merge my ID's. Should I call for help? 🙂

Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0. How can I transport my "collections" from my old to my new computer?

The Insert Link and Insert Image buttons have been broken in my Chrome for at least the last couple of days (latest version, 32.0.1700.72 m, Windows 7 64).   When you click one of the buttons, the overlay window appears with a title, but it is otherwise black with no contents.  (See screenshot below.)The buttons work fine in Firefox.  What hasn't helped: deleting cookies, clearing the browser cache, waiting for several minutes for their content to appear.

If you click the Help link in most Adobe programs you're directed to a website which contains the image shown below.It makes the people who answer questions on this forum look like paid Adobe employees.It's very nice that Adobe thinks so highly of these people. Personally I have benefitted many times from their patient, informed advice.But it seems Adobe has taken advantage of this goodwill, using it as an opportunity to cut costs by scaling down its  technical support. Wouldn't it be interesting if all the people who answered questions on these forums picked one day to go on strike, just to show Adobe how imporant they are?I'm sure Adobe wouldn't suddenly decide to start paying people, but it might feel the need to improve its support to users. All we need to do is pick a day and spread this discussion to other forums.

Hi,I'm testing Edge Rf by following All the Rf Episodes of Paul Trani.I understood almost everything. Thank you Paul for well explaining.Only one litle bit thing but most important that I'm now stuck: After select the dom (body), I want to see the CSS code, but what i see on the screen is different from the video, there is no " body <> " and the is no CSS code. Does anyone have any idea what is going on with this problem:I am subscribed to certain forums under my mac.com email. But I don't get those emails on my MacBook Pro.However, I do get those messages on my iPad and iPhone.The only way I have been able to get forum messages has been to sign in under a gmail account and subscribe.I just spoke to my Internet Service Provider (Time Warner) and they say they are not blocking the forum messages.Is there something in the header of the forum mail that keeps it from getting through to my mail program on OS X?

Hi AllWe have an e-learning application coded in Actionscript 2 that we have been testing on Windows 8. Everything is fine in Chrome, but the Flash Player in Internet Explorer doesn't display some text in one of the custom built components: a BiModal activity. The selectable options are visible, and the values are collected and displayed on the Feedback screen, but the text itself is not displayed on the selectable options. We coupld re-work the code, but this would require the re-compiling of all of our e-learning materials (hundreds of items - already live), so can anyone suggest why the Flash Player in Chrome works differently to Internet Explorer in Windows 8, or who to contact regarding possible adaptations/amendments to the Internet Explorer Flash Player? I've been using the heck out of the "newish" Translate function in the forums, and in most cases, it has worked well. Depending on idioms, and the grammar of the poster, there have been a few "odd" words, but most are such that I can read around, and gather the meaning.What are the feelings of others? Anything that needs to be brought to Adobe (or Jive's ?) attention?Just curious,Hunt

As noted by Somali.Pirates in his thread "Hello Claudio", when one enters the Testing subforum, one gets a strange message. This is the version I get in Explorer11/Win7:This happens to me in IE/Win, Firefox/Mac and Safari/Mac, but not in Chrome/Win. When I click on the Accept button, I enter the subforum normally. In all cases, there is that misterious "2", buy only in IE I have the option of closing the box, which apparently produces the same effect than the Accept button.Yet another new Adobe/Jive "feature"?

I can't install the apps, after 42% I keep receiving the message Problem installing the app rebote the computer try again.

I have just noticed that there is no active thread for reporting spam, as the one we were using, Spam report thread [7] has now been archived and no new one has been created. Does this mean that the new security measures have made it impossible to post spam in these forums?It is true that I have not seen any spam message in the last few weeks, but the forums I frequent are a tine fraction of  the whole list. And in any case, I think that the new login process, that seems to work randomly but unpleasantly, is to high a price to pay for the lack of spam messages. There are no security problems in the forums.adobe.com forums so there is really no reason to make it so difficult to login in them...

have re install cs2 on new computer.  because support for cs 2 is no longer available, cannot deasctivate it on old win 7 and activate on new win 8 computer? can this be fixed?
